   Terms and Conditions:
   1. Valid for OCBC NISP Titanium, Platinum & Voyage credit card (see table.1)
   2. Valid for all retail transactions, insurance and bill payment that have not been printed on the billing statement that made by online & offline (transaction at merchant) worldwide with a various interest and length of tenor (see table.1)
   3. Valid for request installment via ONe Mobile
   4. Cardholders can use the latest version of ONe Mobile with the following steps:
      • Log in with your User ID and Password
      • Choose “What You Owe”
      • Select the Credit Card that you are using
      • Select the transaction to be converted into installment
      • Choose the available tenor and interest
      • Enter your ONe Mobile Transaction PIN
   5. Transaction will be changed to installment no longer than 2 calendar days after the submission is made and Customer will receive the installment status notification via e-mail.

   Terms and Conditions:
   1. Valid for OCBC NISP Titanium, Platinum & Voyage credit card. (see table. 2)
   2. Valid for all retail transaction online & offline worldwide (only Titanium credit card)
   3. Valid for specific category transactions are Wedding, Education & Health worldwide with minimum specific transaction with a certain minimum transaction determined by the Bank with a choice of interest and time period (only Platinum & Voyage credit card)
   4. Valid for specific transaction as follows:

• Amount = nominal transaction to be made into installments (example: 10000000 or 15000000)
• Tenor = installment period filled with numbers (example: 3, 6, & 12)
• SMS charges follow the policy of the telecommunications operator

• The credit card must be active, not in arrears and the remaining available credit limit is sufficient.
• Transactions that are counted in the program are all online and offline retail worldwide shopping transactions (transactions at merchant outlets) and recurring transactions that accept credit card payments.
• Transactions not counted in this program are cash advance transactions, installment transactions and credit card fees & charges (annual fees, late fees, and other fees)
• Transactions that are converted into installments will not earn Poinseru or Voyage Miles
• Transactions that can be converted into installments are based on the transaction date.
• There is no maximum transaction limit for joining this installment conversion program as long as the remaining basic credit card limit including supplementary cards are still available.
• Installment conversion program does not apply to credit cards (basic & supplementary) with a temporary credit limit
• Installment transactions do not get reward points (specifically Platinum & Voyage).
• Submission of conversion installments a maximum of 5 (five) working days before the cycle date of credit card bills. The installment conversion process cannot be processed after the bill's print date.
• Every submission of a transaction that is changed to an installment will be charged to an administration fee of IDR 15,000 / transaction that will be billed to the customer's billing statement.
• If the credit card holder cancels the installment transaction before the end of the installment period, a cancellation fee of IDR 200,000 per transaction will be charged and will be charged to the billing statement of the Credit Card holder.
