General Terms and Conditions Nyala Bisnis Bank OCBC NISP

The Nyala Bisnis service is a service for both new and existing Customers of Bank OCBC NISP who have individual businesses and want to get convenience in conducting banking transactions and extra facilities to support personal and business needs.

To join the Nyala Bisnis service, the Customer must agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Nyala Bisnis including all of its amendments and or renewals thereof ("General Terms and Conditions of Nyala Bisnis") and have a savings and/or current accounts at Bank OCBC NISP.

The Nyala Bisnis service provides various benefits where these benefits can be enjoyed by the Customer based on the total combined balance which includes funds placed on savings, current accounts, time deposits, term savings (TAKA), and Wealth Management products.

- Clearing deposit transactions in current accounts through branches.


Transaction Fee Benefit Information of Nyala Bisnis
Especially for Women SME Program Customers

For Customer participating in the Women SME Program, the following fee provisions apply:

- Cash withdrawal at ATM Jaringan Prima, Bersama, and OCBC Singapore.
- Clearing deposit transactions in current accounts through branches.


Additional Information:
If the Customer has not participated in the Women SME Program, the provisions as stipulated in the Transaction Fees Benefit Information of Nyala Bisnis will apply.

Additional Benefits Nyala Bisnis

  1. Electronic Consolidate Report
    All Nyala Bisnis Customers receive a monthly electronic consolidation report facility which will be sent via the Customer's email registered at the Bank OCBC NISP.
  2. Life Insurance with a Sum Insured of up to IDR 500 million
    Nyala Bisnis Customers are entitled to a free premium life insurance coverage. The age limit for protection is up to 56 years old. Customers are not obligated to do a medical check-up to get this facility. The calculation of sum insured in current month is based on total average daily non-hold balance of all Customer's funds in savings and current accounts in the previous month. The sum insured starts from a multiple of IDR 50 million with rounding down to a maximum of IDR 500 million.
    Simulation: The total daily average balance of all non-hold balance in savings and current accounts in the previous month is IDR 125,000,000 therefore the sum insured for current month is IDR 100,000,000
  3. Digital Business Solutions
    Customer obtains access and special offers to various digital business services/platforms provided by Bank OCBC NISP’s listed partners (“Partners”). Registration is carried out independently and online by the Customer on Bank OCBC NISP website (https://www.ocbcnisp.com/id/Individu/nyala/nyala-bisnis).
    Digital Solutions services/products are not banking products from Bank OCBC NISP but part of the cooperation program between Bank OCBC NISP and Partners. If the Customer requires further information regarding the services/products of Digital Solutions and/or wishes to submit a complaint, the Customer is advised to contact the relevant Partner.

Benefit Provisions Information and Service Fees

  1. How to calculate the combined balance.
    Nyala Bisnis service introduces the concept of Combined Balance for the calculation of benefits and costs for Customers, where the Combined Balance includes all balances on savings, time deposits, current accounts, term savings (TAKA) and wealth management products (unit trust, bonds, bancassurance). Combined Balance is calculated based on the average balance of:
    • savings, time deposits, current accounts, term savings (TAKA), and treasury products period of the 1st day until 31st day of the current month.
    • wealth management products (unit trust, bonds, bancassurance) based on market indication value / investment cash value period of 26th day of the previous month until 25th day of the current month.
  2. The service fee will be charged to your account that has the highest balance.
    Customer will be given 3 months of grace period, where the Customer will not be charged a service fee on the first 3 months since joining Nyala Bisnis. Starting from the 4th month, the service fee will be charged once a month for Customers who do not meet the terms of service, i.e., Combined Balance below IDR25,000,000 or Combined Balance below IDR10,000,000 especially For Customers participating in the Women SME Program.
    The service fee is charged to the Customer's account that has the highest balance and will be charged no later than the 2nd day of the following month. The amount of service fee that will be charged to the Customer is in accordance with the applicable provisions at Bank OCBC NISP. If the Customer's funds in the account are not sufficient to debit the service fee, the service fee will be in arrears charged to the Customer.
  3. Transaction fee benefits.
    The benefit of free transaction fees can be enjoyed immediately on the month when the Customer joins the service, without a Combined Balance requirement (only applies to Customers who join the Nyala service for the first time and does not apply to Customers who move and/or upgrade types of services).
    From the 2nd month onwards, free transaction fee benefits can be enjoyed according to the monthly quota calculation starting on the 2nd day of each month, following the data cut-off date, if the Customer meets the provisions for Combined Balance of IDR25,000,000 or Combined Balance below IDR10,000,000 especially For Customers participating in the Women SME Program on the previous month.
    Free transaction fee benefit is given to Customers who meet the service criteria with the auto-waive method. If there is an improper charge to the Customer, Bank OCBC NISP will carry out a refund process to return the funds after an investigation has been carried out. The refunded funds will be credited to the Customer's account in Rupiah (IDR).
  4. Credit Card bundling program.
    All Customers who join Nyala Bisnis services will be automatically processed for OCBC NISP Credit Card facility. The Customer agrees and understands that Bank OCBC NISP has the right to accept, approve, or reject the application for the OCBC NISP Credit Card through the applicable process in accordance with Bank OCBC NISP regulations, in part or in whole and all information/data and documents that have been provided to Bank OCBC NISP in connection with this application belongs to Bank OCBC NISP. The Customer gives approval to Bank OCBC NISP to use the existing data as a means of completing the OCBC NISP Credit Card application in accordance with applicable regulations. The Customer has received a complete and adequate explanation from Bank OCBC NISP regarding the OCBC NISP Credit Card that will be obtained along with all the benefits, risks, and costs attached to the OCBC NISP Credit Card. If Bank OCBC NISP approves this application, then the Customer is willing to submit to and be bound by all terms and conditions applicable to Bank OCBC NISP and any amendment(s) thereof in the future which are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Nyala Bisnis.

General Provisions Information

  1. Bank OCBC NISP has the right and authority to change, reduce and/or add to these General Terms and Conditions of Nyala Bisnis with notification through Bank OCBC NISP’s office or other media determined by Bank OCBC NISP subject to the prevailing laws and regulations. If necessary, Bank OCBC NISP has the right to terminate the service with prior notification to the Customer.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions of Nyala Bisnis are an integral and inseparable part of (i) Account Opening Form / Application; (ii) Terms and Conditions of Account Opening and Arrangement of PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk; (iii) General Terms and Conditions of E-Banking Services; (iv) General Terms and Conditions of Credit Card, as well as (v) prevailing procedures of Bank OCBC NISP related to products and services, including all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. By agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions of Nyala Bisnis, then:
    • Insurance. The Customer states and warrants that the (i) Customer is in good health or is not being treated, has never suffered from a symptoms, was diagnosed, underwent a medical examination, received treatment, therapy or surgery due to illness and/ or accident at the beginning of the insurance coverage; (ii) Customer has obtained a complete and adequate explanation from Bank OCBC NISP, both orally and in writing, regarding the characteristics and risks of the offered insurance products as stated in the marketing and/or offer documents; (iii)
      the Customer has understood all the information regarding the insurance product and risk along with important information related to the terms and conditions, service procedures and complaint resolution; and (iv) the Customer has accepted all the consequences of using the insurance product including the benefits, risks and costs attached.
    • Product Description. The Customer states that the Customer has received a complete and adequate explanation from Bank OCBC NISP regarding the characteristics of the product and service and has understood and accepted all the consequences of using this product including the benefits, risks and costs attached;
    • Approval. The Customer states that the Customer has received, read, understood, agreed and is willing to comply with and be bound by (i) these General Terms and Conditions of Nyala Bisnis, (ii) Terms and Conditions of Account Opening and Arrangement of PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk, (iii) General Terms and Conditions of E-Banking Services; (iv) General Terms and Conditions of Credit Card, as well as (v) prevailing procedures of Bank OCBC NISP related to products and services, including all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. The Customer understands and agrees that if the Customer receives an unreasonable interest rate, among others in the form of providing a deposit interest rate or cash which is related to the collection of funds which results in the deposit interest rate being above the LPS guarantee rate, then the Customer's savings are not included in the LPS guarantee.
  5. The Customer states and acknowledges that every approval provided by the Customer in electronic form, such as a tick mark, OTP and other forms which have the same purpose in the Bank OCBC NISP’s application is a perfect, valid, and binding proof even though those agreements are not stated in a document affixed with a wet signature/ an electronic signature.
  6. The Customer can apply for the termination of the service by filling out the Customer Data Update Form and/or other documents (if required) at the Bank OCBC NISP branch.
  7. These General Terms and Conditions of Nyala Bisnis are made in Indonesian language and can be translated into other languages. If there is a discrepancy in interpretation between the Indonesian text and the foreign language, the Indonesian text shall prevail.

These General Terms and Conditions of Nyala Bisnis Have Been Adjusted To The Provisions Of The Prevailing Laws and Regulations Including The Provisions of The Financial Services Authority Regulations.
