Bank OCBC NISP Supports Digitalization of Imperial Group to Drive Digital Economy 2023

Jakarta, 25 January 2023 – Taking into the account that now technology and digitalization have taken the wheel of all aspect in life, Bank OCBC NISP supports business owners to expand their capability as a way to add value to their customers. This commitment is implemented through banking and beyond banking services in collaboration with Imperial Group. The collaboration in the development of application-based programs is a concrete manifestation of the Bank’s effort to fulfill people’s needs of comfort and convenience services.

It is also aligned with the data from the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, stating that the usage of digital technology in people’s daily life indicated that we are now in the era of digital transformation acceleration. It enables the emergence of new business models that provides efficiency and responsiveness to the market’s needs, which will be able to enhance customer experience.

Imperial Group as a leading F&B business in Indonesia, continue evolving its services to provide the best experience for their customers through Imperial Club, an application that aims to build brand closeness with its users - as well as bring customers closer to the products of Imperial Group.
