Terms and Conditions:

  1. Program Period: 1 January – 30 April 2024
  2. Eligible for Customers joined to Nyala (Minimum Nyala Basic level) or Premier Banking.
  3. Customers participating in this program could win up to IDR100,000 (5,000 Poinseru) by performing the following activities every month:

    Pay bills, top-up e-wallet, and use QRIS from OCBC mobile
    Transact up to 6x with an accumulation of IDR500.000

    Maintain minimum savings balance IDR1.000.000 and multiplication applies up to IDR50.000.000 50 Poinseru (equivalent IDR1.000)

  4. Poinseru could be redeemed to e-vouchers from Tokopedia, Gopay, and others that is accessible from www.raih.id
  5. The validity period of Poinseru is 12 months since the Poinseru is received by the customer.
  6. Poinseru will be credited for certain banking activities eligible to customers that are joined to Nyala services by OCBC Bank.
  7. Poinseru calculations will be accounted since the customer joined the Nyala (Minimum level Nyala Basic) or Premier Banking.
  8. In the case that customers discontinued the services, the transactions or activities performed by the customer during the corresponding month will be invalid to get Poinseru.
  9. Poinseru will be awarded:
    • The soonest D+1 for daily transactions from payment and purchase and/or QR Pay features via OCBC mobile, after the 6th transaction is completed.
    • The soonest on the 8th date of the following month for maintaining the daily average balance of savings (IDR currency) with non-hold type for Tanda 360.

DON’T HAVE A OCBC mobile ACCOUNT & Nyala SERVICES? FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Download OCBC mobile from App Store or Play Store. Choose Register to OCBC mobile and choose “Already have an OCBC Account”
  2. Click “Apply Nyala” and Input the data required
  3. Select the type of card and choose address for sending the card
  4. Verify by take selfie with e-KTP
  5. After success, Account Number & USER ID and sent to the registered email.
  6. Login OCBC mobile and Input User ID and input the temporary Password sent via SMS
  7. Change and create a new password and your registration is completed, you will now be able to login to OCBC mobile!

  1. Login OCBC mobile, click gray Banner
  2. Then continue, click Apply Nyala
  3. Input the data required
  4. And complete the next process

FORGOT YOUR ACCESS TO OCBC mobile? FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Get your debit card ready!

    Forgot User ID:

    1. Login to OCBC mobile
    2. Choose Forgot User ID
    3. Fill in the required fields: debit card number, registered phone number, and date of birth
    4. Input you debit card / ATM PIN
    5. User ID will be sent via SMS

    Forgot Password:

    1. Login to OCBC mobile
    2. Input User ID
    3. Choose Forgot Password
    4. Fill in the required fields: debit card number, registered phone number, and date of birth
    5. Input your debit card / ATM PIN. Your temporary password will be sent via SMS
    6. Create a new password and confirm with the temporary password that was sent via SMS and complete the process
    7. You will be able to login to OCBC mobile using your User ID and new password
