The billing statement
The billing statement is a summary of transaction details of your OCBC Credit Card (from the previous month's billing date up until the subsequent billing date). Details of transactions printed are transactions made using the primary card and the supplementary card (if any). There is no separate billing statement for supplementary cards.
Primary Credit Card Number
This is OCBC Primary Credit Card number.
Statement Date
This is the date of transactions and other outstanding balances billing. It will fall on the same date each month.
Payment Due Date
The duedate for payment of outstanding balances that must be received by PT. Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk is 16 days for Platinum, Nyala Platinum, 90°N, Voyage Credit Cards and 23 days for Titanium Credit Cards from the billing date. Minimum payments must be paid each month on or before the due date even if you have not received a Billing Statement. Payments received after the due date will be subject to a late fee.
Current Month's Bill
This is the outstanding balance on the billing date which includes previous month's outstanding balance and transactions made up to the billing date, fees, interests and corrections deducting payments and credit.
Combined Credit Remaining
is the amount of credit limit remaining until the billing date and can be used for transactions.
Interest Rate (% of Retail Interest)
This is the information on the interest rate to be applied due to the customer's failure in making full payment of a bill. The rate is determined by the bank.
Interest Rate (% Cash Advance)
This is the information on the interest rate to be applied for cash advance transactions, the rate is determined by the Bank.
Note:
You will be charged the interest for:
- Payment made after the due date
- Minimum payment or non-full payment
- Payment less than the minimum payment
- Non-payment
- Cash advance transaction
Kredit card anda
- Chip
Chip berfungsi untuk menyimpan data rahasia Anda serta untuk kenyamanan dan keamanan bertransaksi yang lebih baik.
- Nama Anda
Hanya nama yang tercetak di dalam Kartu Kredit yang berhak untuk menggunakannya. Untuk itu periksa nama di dalam kartu kredit Anda dan segera laporkan kepada OCBC bila nama yang tercetak tidak sesuai.
- Tanggal Berlaku
Kartu Anda berlaku sejak Anda menerima dan mengaktivasi Kartu Kredit Anda pada bulan yang tercetak pada bagian ini sampai dengan hari terakhir dari bulan yang tercetak pada bagian ini.
- Nomor Kartu Kredit
Ini adalah nomor khusus untuk kartu kredit Anda. Cantumkan setiap kali Anda melakukan korespondensi dengan OCBC. Setiap pembayaran atau transaksi apapun dari Kartu Kredit Anda, mohon mencantumkan nomornya dengan jelas.
- Stiker Tanda Tangan
Segera tandatangani pada bagian ini begitu menerima Kartu Kredit OCBC. Pastikan tanda tangan Anda sama dengan yang tercantum di dalam Kartu Tanda Penduduk/Kartu Identitas Anda.

Personal Identification Number
PIN adalah kode rahasia yang diberikan kepada pemegang kartu kredit OCBC, berfungsi untuk transaksi pembelanjaan, tarik tunai atau bill payment di ATM OCBC.
Jagalah PIN Anda dari penyalahgunaan: jangan menuliskan PIN Anda di media apapun, jangan menginformasikan kepada pihak lain termasuk pihak Bank.
Pemegang Kartu dapat mengajukan permohonan PIN melalui Aplikasi OCBC mobile, atau dengan SMS dari nomor handphone Pemegang Kartu yang terdaftar di sistem Kartu Kredit milik Bank dan akan langsung mendapat balasan berupa nomor PIN yang diinginkan.

Kelonggaran Waktu Pembayaran
Apabila tanggal jatuh tempo tagihan Kartu Kredit bertepatan pada hari Sabtu/Minggu atau Hari libur Nasional atau Hari Cuti Bersama yang dinyatakan resmi oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia, maka Bank OCBC memberikan kelonggaran waktu pembayaran kepada Pemegang Kartu sampai dengan Hari Kerja resmi terdekat sesudahnya.
Kesalahan Pada Lembar Tagihan
Bila Anda meragukan atau tidak mengakui transaksi yang tercetak pada lembar tagihan, segera hubungi Tanya OCBC selambat-lambatnya 45 hari kalender sejak tanggal cetak Lembar Tagihan dan mengajukan melalui surat dengan menginformasikan data-data berikut:
- Nama dan nomor kartu Anda
- Rincian transaksi dan jumlah yang disanggah
- Tanggal transaksi
- Alasan sanggahan
- Tanda tangan Anda

Transaksi di Luar negeri
Setiap transaksi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan mata uang asing akan dikonversikan ke dalam Rupiah pada tanggal pembukuan berdasarkan nilai tukar yang ditetapkan oleh Bank OCBC dan VISA atau MasterCard International. Perbedaan nilai tukar dimungkinkan karena adanya fluktuasi perubahan nilai tukar.
Kartu Hilang atau Dicuri
Segera laporkan kehilangan Kartu Kredit Anda ke Tanya OCBC. Setiap transaksi yang terjadi sebelum adanya laporan kepada pihak Bank, akan menjadi tanggung jawab Anda sepenuhnya. Hubungi Tanya OCBC 1500-999.
Pemindahan Saldo Terhutang
Bank OCBC berhak memindahkan saldo terhutang kepada pihak ketiga.
Penutupan dan Pembatalan Kartu
Kartu kredit Anda akan diperpanjang secara otomatis. Bila Anda ingin membatalkan kepesertaan, Anda wajib memberitahukannya kepada kami selambat-lambatnya 1 (satu) bulan sebelum masa berlaku kartu kredit Anda berakhir.
Dengan pertimbangan tertentu, Bank OCBC berhak tidak memperpanjang masa berlaku kartu kredit Anda.
Bank OCBC juga berhak setiap saat membatalkan kartu kredit Anda bila catatan rekening kartu Anda tidak baik ataupun karena sebab lainnya.
Ikatan Syarat dan Ketentuan
Dengan menandatangani dan menggunakan kartu kredit Anda, maka Anda telah terikat dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh Bank OCBC. Untuk itu disarankan agar Anda memahami informasi yang terdapat di Syarat dan Ketentuan pada ocbc.id/welcomepack. - Get additional cashback up to 10% (maximum IDR100,000 per billing period) by making subscription transactions on Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Go, Vidio, Disney Hotstar, and iQiyi. Interest will be charged if the Cardholder pays less than the total new bill, or pays after the Due Date. The interest rates that apply to purchase transactions are listed on the Billing Sheet. Unpaid costs, penalties, or interest are not included in the interest calculation component. The Cash Advance transaction of IDR 1,000,000 is made and recorded on March 8, 2020. The Billing Statement print date is March 10, 2020. The Due Date is April 2, 2020.
The Cash Advance transaction interest that printed on the Billing Statement sheet for April 2020 is IDR 2,215 (*** see calculation method below).

PIN is a secret code given to OCBC credit card holders, functioning for offline shopping transactions, cash withdrawals or bill payments at OCBC ATMs.
