Terms & conditions:

  1. This scheme is applicable for Nyala, Premier Banking, and Private Banking customers.
  2. The scheme is not applicable to Nyala Bisnis and Premier Banking Syariah customers.
  3. Poinseru (reward points) under the "Skema Buka & Rutin Investasi" will be awarded for each placement in Time Deposit (TAKA) and Fixed-Term Mutual Fund (RDB) products with a minimum tenor of 12 months.
  4. Poinseru are awarded based on the total deposit amount made by the customer in TAKA and RDB products during that month, at a rate of 40 Poinseru for every IDR 100,000
  5. The maximum Poinseru that can be earned under the "Account Opening & Regular Investment Scheme" is 400 Poinseru per month.
  6. The total deposit amount calculation will be rounded down to the nearest multiple of IDR 100,000.
  7. The TAKA products eligible for Poinseru TAKA accounts utilising IDR Currency and are listed below:
    1. TAKA Bunga
    2. TAKA Bunga Asuransi
    3. TAKA Bunga Pasti
    4. TAKA Bunga Pasti Asuransi
    5. TAKA Fix Installment
    6. TAKA Flexi
  8. Examples of Poinseru calculation under “Buka & Rutin Investasi” scheme can be seen in points 8a to 8d below:
    1. Setoran Rp100.000 (TAKA) + Rp100.000 (RDB) = 80Poinseru
    2. Setoran Rp175.000 (TAKA) + Rp250.000 (RDB) = 160 Poinseru
    3. Setoran Rp1.000.000 (TAKA) + Rp1.000.000 (RDB) = 400 Poinseru
    4. Setoran Rp1.000.000 (TAKA) = 400 Poinseru
  9. Poinseru will be at the latest credited to the customer’s account by the 10th of the following month.
  10. This scheme is valid from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

  • Earn 1 (one) Poinseru for every transaction that worth Rp10.000 (Ten thousand Rupiah).
  • When redeeming Poinseru, make sure the credit card is active and not blocked.
  • Transaction that will get and earn Poinseru are retail spending from credit card and supplementary credit card that have been booked in the Bank’s system.
  • Transactions that do not earn Poinseru are as follows:
    1. All instalment transactions
    2. Cash withdrawal
    3. Loan on Phone
    4. Cancelled transactions
    5. Monthly bill payment transactions and government agency services:
      • Payment at State Electricity Company (PLN)
      • Payments at Drinking Water Company (PAM)
      • Payments of Online Taxes
      • Payments of Customs duty
      • Payments of BPJS
      • Payment of digital advertising service
      • Payments at other government institutions through e-commerce platforms
    6. Transactions for education fees, whether for schools, universities, or courses
    7. Digital advertising service payment transactions
    8. Fuel refueling transactions at petrol stations
    9. Monthly bill payment transactions through OCBC Credit Card
      • Overseas transactions are transactions recorded in overseas currencies other than Rupiah (IDR).
      • Poinseru will be credited a maximum of 1 month after the transaction is posted in the Bank system
      • Poinseru is only awarded on your primary credit card with a current and unblocked payment status.
      • That the Bank has the right to debit the previously credited Poinseru if the customer converts the transaction into installments or does not meet the conditions

The payment channel feature on the customer loyalty platform is one of the features on the loyalty platform that provides convenience and comfort to PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (“OCBC”) customers so that customers can redeem their desired prizes using Poinseru entirely or combining transactions using Poinseru partially with an OCBC credit card or OCBC debit card.

Terms & Condition Partial Payment Poinseru

  1. All PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk ("OCBC") customers can use the payment channel feature on this loyalty platform.
  2. The minimum amount of Poinseru used for Partial payment is 1 (one) Poinseru, which can be combined with other payment methodes using an OCBC credit card, OCBC debit card
  3. Payment channels on the loyalty platform can only use OCBC credit or debit cards
  4. Payment channel requires redeeming rewards using Poinseru entirely or in combination (Poinseru and payment using a credit card, debit card).
  5. For redeeming rewards using partial payment, the transaction will be recorded on the credit card e-statement or OCBC account statement.

Can I combine my Poinseru with the other Loyalty Program?​

Combine Poinseru with Traveloka Points

To provide customers with a wider choice of unlimited Poinseru redeems within the Poinseru catalog, the Combine Poinseru program allows customers to redeem their Poinseru with loyalty partners.

The Combine Poinseru with Traveloka Points program allows OCBC customers to redeem Poinseru for Traveloka Points. The minimum Poinseru redeemable is 1,000 Poinseru to receive 19,000 Traveloka Points.

Redeemed Traveloka points can be used for transactions within the Traveloka app.

Terms & Condition:

  • All customers of PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk ("OCBC") who have Poinseru.
  • Customers must have a membership on the Traveloka app.
  • Please enter in accordance Traveloka Points membership details.
  • The minimum Poinseru that can be exchanged for Traveloka Points is 1,000 Poinseru (multiples apply).
  • The value of 1 Traveloka Point is equivalent to IDR 1.
  • Traveloka Points are valid for one year after the points are successfully redeemed or credited to the customer's account.
  • Traveloka Points can be used for Flight, Hotel, Flight & Hotel, Xperience, Car Rental, Train, Bus & Shuttle, and Airport Transfer purchases.
  • Traveloka Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another user's account.
  • If Points are unsuccessfully redeemed, Poinseru will be refunded within 14 business days. 
What is the conversion value of Poinseru?​

1 Poinseru is equivalent to Rp20,-​

Can Poinseru get expired?​

The expiration period of Poinseru is 12 months from the date customers earn them.
Customers can see the soon expiring Poinseru on Poinseru History via OCBC mobile.
The expired Poinseru can not be restored.
