Terms and Conditions:
- Customers who can take part in the Program are Customers who sign the iB Easy Start KPR Financing Agreement with PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Sharia Business Unit (“Bank OCBC NISP”) in the period July 2023 to December 2023 (Program Period).
- The program is provided to customers with the following conditions: (i) a minimum ceiling of IDR700,000,000 (seven hundred million Rupiah), (ii) a minimum financing period of 15 years, and (iii) a maximum customer age at the time of application of 40 years.
- That for participating in the Program, the Customer receives benefits in the form of:
- The benefits as referred to in point 3 will be given to Customers with the following conditions:
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced with other prizes.
- Prizes can only be used at Umrah travel agencies that have collaborated and been appointed by OCBC.
- The prize is for 1 person and cannot be transferred to other parties, except for legally married couples (husband/wife) and/or heirs if the Customer dies.If the price of the Umrah package exceeds the value of the Umrah Voucher provided, the Customer is obliged to pay the difference to the Umrah Travel Bureau in collaboration with OCBC.
- Prizes can only be used for departure schedules determined by OCBC and the Umrah Travel Bureau, namely:
- Financing Agreement Period July – December 2023 for scheduled departure February 2024
