Promo Terms & Conditions:

1. Promo is only valid for payment of interior projects at Dekoruma.
2. Promo is not valid for applications using insurance
3. Customers who do not enter the promo code will be charged a normal interest rate according to Bank OCBC policy
4. The customer is a Dekoruma Interior customer who is in the process of making an interior at Dekoruma
5. If the customer is proven not to be a Dekoruma Interior customer who is in the process of making interiors at Dekoruma or KTA funds are not used for interior payments at Dekoruma, the customer will be charged normal interest according to Bank OCBC policy
6. BANK will process each KTA application by BANK's customers no later than 3 (three) business days since BANK receives all necessary information related to BANK's customers completely and accurately.
7. BANK has full power to approve or reject KTA applications from BANK customers.
8. If the BANK customer makes bill payments past the due date, the customer is required to pay a late fee with the amount determined and notified by BANK.
9. BANK customers can pay off the loan before the credit agreement period ends and the customer will be charged according to BANK's provisions with prior notice to BANK customers by taking into account the applicable laws and regulations.
