Especially for you, invited OCBC Customers, get the chance to get 1,250 Poinseru just by reactivating your old account & making transactions again according to the following terms & conditions:

  1. Program period: July 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025.
  2. This program is only eligible for invited customers who receive information via OCBC Indonesia’s official email and WhatsApp channels to reactivate their accounts (especially for customers with old account) and perform required transactions according to the applicable program’s terms & conditions.
  3. Especially for customers with old accounts, the reactivation process can be done directly through OCBC Mobile or nearest OCBC branch.
  4. Customers is required to perform transactions according to the transactions requirements to earn Poinseru. These transactions require 6 (six) transactions with a minimum accumulated value of IDR 500,000 & consist of combined transaction methods as below:
    • 1 (one) transaction with OCBC Debit Card, either physical or online (Virtual Debit Card), not valid for transactions via ATM;
    • 1 (one) QRIS transaction via OCBC mobile;
    • 1 (one) transaction in the OCBC mobile “Top Up & Pay” feature such as paying electricity bills, credit, or other bills (exclude e-wallet top-up).
    • 3 (three) other transactions that can consist of a combination from Debit Card, QRIS, or “Top Up & Pay” transactions on OCBC mobile.
    Should there be any changes in the future for the transaction requirements to obtain Poinseru, the transactions requirements used in this special program will also follow those changes.
  5. Maximum amount of Poinseru that can be earned for each customer per program period from transaction scheme is:
    • Nyala customers can earn up to 1,250 Poinseru (equivalent to Rp 25,000) per program period.
  6. This program is only valid for Nyala Individual customers and does not apply to Nyala Business/Nyala Women SME/Nyala Payroll, Nyala Staff, Premier Banking, or Private Banking customers.
  7. Determination process of customer's Nyala level follows the conditions/settings used by Raih system, which is Nyala level during current month when the transactions occur. Should the conditions/settings used by Raih system change in the future, Nyala level determination process for this program will also follow those changes.
  8. Poinseru is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date customer receives it.
  9. Poinseru can be redeemed for e-vouchers and other attractive prizes via OCBC mobile or Raih.id platform.
  10. Should customer switches from Nyala service (either by moving to another service or downgrade) during the current month, their transactions during that month will not be eligible & counted for Poinseru calculation.
  11. Invited customers only eligible for 1 (one) chance to earn Poinseru rewards from transactions activity during the program period.
  12. Poinseru will be credited no later than the 4th (fourth) week of the following month.
