  • Jika nominal fresh fund lebih kecil dari nominal AUM, maka tiering reward yang akan dibayarkan mengacu pada nominal fresh fund.
  • Jika nominal fresh fund lebih besar dari nominal AUM, maka tiering reward yang dibayarkan mengacu ke nominal AUM.

  [A]: The reward that the referrer will receive is in accordance with the segment and AUM of the referral recipient.

  [A]: Yes, as long as the referral is also made through internet banking.
• [Q]If I refer a friend who already has an OCBC account, will I still qualify for the reward?
  [A]: No, because the Refer a Friend program is only valid if the referral recipient is not an existing OCBC customer.

  [A]: 1 - 31 August 2025.
• [Q]Why is the reward I received, calculated differently from what is listed in the program scheme table?
  [A]: in the program eligibility calculation, there is a mandatory validation for fresh fund with the following calculation
  • If the fresh fund amount is smaller than the AUM amount, then tiering reward will be paid based on the fresh fund amont
  • If the fresh fund amount is greater than the AUM amount, then tiering reward will be paid based on the AUM amount

Langkah-langkah Pemberi Refernsi melalui OCBC mobile

• Login ke dalam OCBC mobile, pada halaman Dashboard Klik “Semua Menu”
• Pada “Transaksi Harian”, pilih “Refer a Friend”
• Klik button copy pada Unique Referral Code dan bagikan melalui aplikasi pilihan.
• Setelah berhasil ter-copy, muncul notif Kode Referral berhasil disalin.
• Nasabah juga bisa membagikan Link untuk download OCBC Mobile dengan klik “Undang Teman”.
• Lalu akan muncul notifikasi Undangan telah Dikirimkan, klik OK.
• Kerabat yang dikirimkan Link tetap WAJIB memasukan Kode Referral.

Langkah-Langkah Pemberi Referensi melalui Internet Banking

• Login ke Internet Banking
• Pilih menu Layanan Nasabah
• Pilih menu Refer a Friend
• Pilih nomor rekening pemberi referensi
• Masukkan informasi data refferal : Nama dan No Handphone
• Data berhasi disimpan

Steps for the Referrer via OCBC mobile

• Login to OCBC mobile On the Dashboard page, click “All Menu”
• On “Daily Transaction” section, choose “Refer a Friend”
• Click the copy button on the Unique Referral Code and share through the app of your choice.
• After the code is successfully copied, a notification will appear saying Referral Code copied successfully.
• Customers can also share a link to download OCBC Mobile app by clicking “Invite My Friend”.
• Then notification will appear saying Invitation has been Sent, click OK.
• Referrals who are sent the Link REQUIRED to enter the Referral Code.

Steps for the Referrer via Internet Banking

• Login to internet banking
• Choose Layanan Nasabah
• Select Refer a Friend
• Select referrer’s account number
• Input referral data (name and phone number)
• Data successfully stored
