Terms & Condition:
- Only applicable to new OCBC customers.
- Only valid for account openings through the OCBC Website Onboarding or OCBC Mobile App (Indonesia).
- Must enter the promo code OCBCONLYPETS during account opening.
- Customers must place funds within a maximum of 7 days after the account is successfully opened.
- To participate in the Nyala Global Debit program:
- There must be funds maintained in the account for a minimum of 30 calendar days, starting from the date of fund placement in the Nyala Account (excluding funds in other OCBC products).
- The amount of initial fund placement and the reward received:
- Customers are only allowed to participate in one (1) program per phone or device.
- Funds placed in this program must be fresh funds, with the following conditions:
- Transfers from other OCBC accounts are not allowed.
- Transfers from other banks must be under the same name as the OCBC account holder.
- For initial deposits, the depositor's name must match the account holder's name.
- Transfers from e-wallets (such as Flip, OVO, Gopay, etc.) are not allowed.
- Once the terms and conditions are met, the BANK will send rewards to eligible customers at the end of the following month from the account opening date.
- The bank reserves the right to withhold the process of providing the rewards to customers if fraud/irregularities are detected in relation to the account opening terms and conditions and/or if the customer is on the bank's fraud list.
- The bank can make changes to the terms and conditions of the promotional program by notifying through the bank's communication media no later than 30 (thirty) business days before the efective date of the changes.
- By participating in this program, the Customer declares that they have understood, comprehended, and agreed to all the applicable terms and conditions related to the Promotion Program for Account Opening through the OCBC Website Onboarding and the OCBC (id) Application, with PARTNER E-vouchers as prizes.
