To participate in the Nyala Global Debit program:
There must be funds that have been deposited in the account for a minimum of 30 calendar days, calculated from the placement of funds in the Nyala Account (excluding funds in other products).
The initial fund placement nominal of IDR5,000,000 will get a prize of IDR250,000
Only 1 (one) device/mobile phone per Customer is allowed to participate in this program.
E-voucher prizes will be sent via the Customer's email address registered in the Nyala account no later than the end of the following month after the program terms and conditions are met.
E-vouchers are only valid 1 (one) time on the Partner's site/application.
E-vouchers cannot be cashed, cannot be returned and/or cannot be billed back.
E-vouchers are valid for 2 (two) months from the date of receipt by the Customer and cannot be extended.
The Customer is fully responsible for the risk of using the E-Voucher sent by the BANK.
The prizes for this Program are given based on transaction data held by the BANK and the BANK's decision is final and binding.
The BANK has the right not to continue the process of giving prizes to the Customer if based on the BANK's assessment there is an indication of fraud/non-compliance with the Terms & Conditions related to opening an account and/or being included in the BANK fraud list.
The Bank may make changes to the Program Terms & Conditions with notification in the form and through the Bank's communication media no later than 30 (thirty) working days before the effective date of the change.
By participating in this program, the Customer declares that they have understood, comprehended and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions related to the Account Opening Promotion Program through the OCBC Onboarding Website and the OCBC (id) Application with PARTNER E-voucher prizes.
