Application (id)
- At the time of account opening, customers must enter the promo code
OCBCCANNA
- Customers must place funds within a maximum of 7 days after the account opening is
successful
- To participate in the Nyala Global Debit program:
- There must be funds stagnant in the account for a minimum of 30 calendar
days, counting from the placement of funds in
the Nyala Account (excluding funds in other products).
- The amount of initial fund placement and the rewards obtained:
- For the Time Deposit Savings Program (TAKA) or Deposit
- The customer participates in the program in the same month as the account opening.
- The tenor of the product program that can be chosen by the Customer is: 6 months or 12
months.
- The nominal amount of fund placement and prizes obtained:
- The maximum total rewards that can be obtained by Evoucher customers is R850,000 with a
combination of Nyala debit
placement of Rp25 million and TAKA/TD of Rp50 million.
- Only 1 (one) device/mobile phone per customer is allowed to participate in this program.
- The maximum prize that can be obtained by the Customer is an e-voucher worth Rp850
thousand with a combination of
placing Nyala Global debit of Rp25 million and TAKA/TD products of Rp50 million.
- E-voucher prizes will be sent via the Customer's email address registered in the Nyala
account no later than the end
of the following month after the program terms and conditions are met.
- E-vouchers are only valid 1 (one) time on the Partner's website/application.
- E-vouchers cannot be cashed, cannot be returned and/or cannot be billed back
(non-refundable).
- E-vouchers are valid for 2 (two) months from the date of receipt by the Customer and
cannot be extended.
- The Customer is fully responsible for any risk of using the E-Voucher sent by the
BANK
- This Program Prize is given based on transaction data held by the BANK and the
BANK's decision is final and binding.
- The BANK has the right not to continue the process of giving prizes to the Customer
if based on the BANK's
assessment it is indicated that the Customer has committed fraud/non-compliance with the Terms & Conditions
related to
opening an account and/or is included in the BANK fraud list.
- The Bank may make changes to the Terms & Conditions of the Program with notification
in the form and through the
Bank's communication media no later than 30 (thirty) working days before the effective date of the change.
- By participating in this program, the Customer declares that they have understood,
comprehended and agreed to all
applicable terms and conditions related to the Account Opening Promotion Program through the OCBC Onboarding
Website and

- Vouchers can be used without a minimum transaction
- Vouchers are valid for 1 transaction
- Vouchers cannot be cashed
Via Website OCBC onboarding website:
- Only valid for new customers.
- Register Nyala OCBC - via the OCBC onboarding website with https://onboarding.ocbc.id/product/nyala
- Select 'Apply for Product'.
- Select 'Create Savings Account'.
- Select the 'Nyala' service.
- Enter Promo Code: OCBCCANNA.
- Follow the steps to create a new account in the OCBC application (id).
- Follow the Terms and Conditions of the program to get an E-voucher.
Via OCBC App (id):
- Download the OCBC Mobile(id) app.
- Select 'Don't Have an OCBC Account' then select 'Open Nyala Service'
- Select Savings Service - Nyala, select 'Apply'.
- Enter Promo Code: OCBCCANNA
- Follow the steps to create a new account.
- Select Nyala Debit Card.
Partner E-voucher Purchase Order Flow
- The BANK will obtain customer data that meets the Program Terms and Conditions every:
- 8th-10th of the current month: for customers who opened Nyala Service on the 1st-14th of the previous
month
- 18-20th of the current month: for customers who opened the Nyala Service on the 15-31st of the previous
month
- Partner will submit the partner’s Unique E-voucher Code as requested by the BANK no later than with an SLA
of 2 Working Days.
- Bank will distribute Partner E-vouchers via email to customers who meet the terms and conditions no later than
14 Working Days in the following month.
- Partner will send an invoice for partner's E-voucher according to Bank's request every month, no later than the
5th.
- Payment for partner E-vouchers will be made by the Bank no later than 14 (fourteen) Working Days after the
invoice is received by the Bank.
