- Consultation bonus at the IIPE event for:
- Blood tests (hematology): Quota for 15 people
- Rehabilitation: Quota for 15 people
- Ultrasound: Quota for 15 people
- Customers must be community members and enter the OCBC code when signing up to participate in the program
- One pet parent can only book one examination slot, valid for one pet registered in the app
- Rescheduling is only allowed once and is subject to slot availability
- Pet parents must arrive on time. The tolerance limit for lateness is 5 minutes. If late, the slot will be given to another visitor
- Promotion cannot be cashed or transferred
- Terms and conditions are final and cannot be contested.
How to Become an OCBC Community Member (If you haven't downloaded the Modernvet app)
- Download the Modernvet app from the App Store / Google Play
- Sign Up and make sure you also register your pet
- On the 'Other Information' page, activate the 'Are you a community member?' toggle by swiping to the right.
- Enter your OCBC code in the Community Member ID field.
- Complete the registration process.
How to Become an OCBC Community Member (If you already have the Modernvet app)
- Log in to the Modernvet app with your account
- Go to the Settings menu
- Select the Edit menu
- Activate the 'Are you a community member?' toggle by swiping to the right
- Enter your OCBC code in the Community Member ID field
- Save changes
- You are officially registered as part of the OCBC Community in the Modernvet app and can immediately pre-book your IIPE.
How to Pre-Book a Free Consultation Slot:
- Download & register on the Modernvet app (don't forget to register your pet)
- When signing up, enter the OCBC code in the referral/promo field
- Go to the 'Schedule a Visit' menu
- Select 'In Clinic'
- Select your pet
- Select the 'IIPE (5–7 Sept 2025)' location
- Select the type of consultation you want and for which pet
- Select the date (5, 6, or 7 September)
- Select an available time slot & doctor
- Confirm your booking
- On the day of the event, check-in at the Modernvet registration desk before the appointment begins.
