Program Terms & Conditions
A. Points Collection Program for Disney Merchandise
- Top-up in Tanda Junior Account for Young Nyala
- The top-up scheme can be joined by the Tanda Junior for Young Nyala Account that is opened through branches or OCBC mobile with Rupiah currency either before or during the program period.
- The Tanda Junior for Young Nyala Account top-up scheme program is only eligible for Accounts that have been opened for more than 2 months.
- The minimum nominal top up is IDR 1 million and the maximum that is calculated is IDR 2 million. As a marker of participation, put the number "88" in the last 2-digits in the Top Up amount.
Example of a simulation table:
- Top-up amount must come from Fresh Funds that are transferred directly from outside the Bank or Cash Deposit into the Tanda Junior for Young Nyala account. The funds from the internal transfer/bookings from the parents' OCBC account will not be counted as fresh funds.
- The maximum reward that can be obtained per account is 1,000 Poinseru per account during the program period.
- The Customer (parent) must have joined the following Service: Nyala (minimum Nyala level FIT) / Premier Banking Service / Private Banking Service and have a Total Combined Balance (AUM) of at least IDR 10,000,000, - in the month the Customer top-ups.
- TAKA products opening is sourced from the Tanda Junior for Young Nyala account
- The type of TAKA opened is TAKA Fixed Instalment or TAKA Bunga that is valid for the opening of the first or subsequent TAKA that is opened during the program period.
- The maximum number of Poinseru obtained from opening a TAKA Account is calculated based on one Customer (Parent), not based on the number of Young Nyala accounts.
- The Tanda Junior for Young Nyala account which will be a TAKA account can be opened through the branch office or OCBC mobile application, both before and during the program period.
- If the Customer closes the TAKA before the maturity period, the product penalty fee will be charged in accordance with applicable product regulations.
- Transactions with QRIS and Young Nyala OCBC Debit Card
- There are 3 types of transactions that can get rewards, namely: (i) QRIS transactions via children OCBC mobile, (ii) Young Nyala debit card transactions at online merchants, and (iii) Young Nyala debit card transactions at offline merchants.
- Young Nyala Debit Card transactions are only valid for Debit Cards with the initial 9 digits of BIN number, namely: 5379 4080 3 and 5379 4022 2
- Customers are required to make transactions at least 2 times in one month with a total accumulated minimum transaction amount of Rp50.000, - per month per type of transaction.
- Customers (Parents) who have more than 1 (one) Young Nyala account can earn rewards for each account that meets the transaction program scheme.
B. Poinseru Redemption Mechanism through Exclusive Raih.id Merchandise Catalog:
- Eligible customers will receive Poinseru rewards through the parent’s registered email, which includes a link to the exclusive Young Nyala program catalog, 2 months after the activity is completed (first week of October 2025.
- Poinseru rewards can be redeemed for mechandise listed in the exclusive catalog. The catalog link is valid until 31 October 2025.
- Upon successful redemption, a confirmation notification will appear in the parent’s OCBC mobile and a transaction summary will be sent to the registered email.
- Poinseru that has been redeemed or has expired cannot be returned, extended, or reused.
C. Delivery Mechanism for Raih.id Exclusive Merchandise:
- Opsi Pengiriman Menggunakan Dinomarket
- Merchandise will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the redemption process on Raih.id
- Shipping will be processed by the next business day (D+1) after redemption.
- OCBC is not responsible for claims regarding product damage without supporting unboxing documentation.
- All compliants and inquiries related to Poinseru redemption must be submitted to OCBC through the 24-hour customer service at TANYA OCBC 1500-999 and/or email to tanya@ocbc.id.
- Opsi Pengiriman Menggunakan Vendor Ekspedisi Lain
- Merchandise will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the redemption process on Raih.id
- Shipping will be processed by 14 working days after redemption Poinseru in Raih.id.
- OCBC is not responsible for claims regarding product damage without supporting unboxing documentation.
- All compliants and inquiries related to Poinseru redemption must be submitted to OCBC through the 24-hour customer service at TANYA OCBC 1500-999 and/or email to tanya@ocbc.id.
General Terms and Conditions
- Poinseru rewards earned through this program will be credited to the parent’s Poinseru account.
- This program is only applicable for Tanda Junior IDR accounts for children below 17 tears old.
- PT Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk (“OCBC”) based on its policies and considerations, has the right to suspend or cancel the awarding of Poinseru reward if there are indications of fraud, unfairness or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
- If the interest rate exceeds the guaranteed rate by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS), the deposit will not be covered by LPS.
- Customers acknowledge that all forms of electronic consent (such as tick marks, OTPs, or any similar electronic actions) given via the OCBC mobile constitute valid, binding approval even without physical or digital signatures.
- OCBC has the right and authority to change, add and/or reduce these Terms and Conditions by notification through media deemed good by OCBC by considering the provisions and regulations of applicable laws and regulations.
