Terms & Conditions Nyala Banyak Cuan Program:

  1. Valid for invited Customer.
  2. Customers must enter NEA25 promo code.while open an account.
  3. Customer must registered Nyala or Nyala Payroll services (not applicable for Nyala Bisnis).
  4. Funds and product placement must originate from other bank (Fresh Funds) and cannot be transferred from other OCBC accounts.
    Example: Customer join with total combined fund balance IDR 2 Million and fund placement IDR 1 Million from other bank and overbooking IDR 1 Million. Therefore, Customer is not eligible because the funds are not fresh funds.
  5. Fulfillment of general requirements including promo code, fresh fund and total combined fund balance must be performed at the latest within the end of 2nd month since account opening

    Example: If the first month Customer has fulfilled the requirements for the Total Combined Balance, then Total Combined Balance reward will be paid immediately without waiting for the end of the second month..

  6. Reward for total combined fund balance placement does not apply to multiples.
  7. Fulfilment of new product placement requirement must be performed at the latest within the end of the 3rd month since account opening, max 3 products.

  8. Reward for new product placement is only valid for total combined fund balance min. IDR 25 Million and applies to max. products.
  9. Fulfilment of transaction requirement can be done until at the end of the 3rd month since account opening and only applies for min. total combined fund balance IDR 25 Million during transaction month
  10. The Program Reward (cashback) will be credited to the customer’s account no later than 30/31 of the fourth month after account opening with the following crediting details.

    Specifically for the Gold Savings product, product rewards will be credited in the form of a Gold Savings balance.

    Example: If a customer opens an account in November 2025, the fulfilment of total combined fund balance must be performed within the end of December 2025 and new product placement must be performed within the end of Januari 2026. Cashback will be credited within the 4th week of February 2026

  11. Customers must ensure that the account is active and not blocked/restricted for any reasons at the time the payment of the program reward is credited by the Bank. If at the of reward payment the account status is not active or is blocked, the payment will be made in the 4th week of the following month.
  12. Each Customer is allowed only 1 (one) New Customer program.
  13. This program cannot be combined with other new customer programs.
  14. OCBC has the right to not processing/cancelling the provision of cashback to Customers who, based on OCBC’s assessment, are indicated to have committed fraud on account opening and/or included in OCBC’s fraud list.

Terms & Conditions 20% Cashback Program fot Special Year-End 2025 Debit Card Transactions:

  1. Customers are required to participate in the TANDA Hadiah Cashback Program with a minimum tenor 6 months and a minimum IDR 10 Million “OR” placement in TAKA Bunga products with 12 month tenor and a minimum fund target of IDR 10 Million.
  2. The placement of the TANDA Hadiah & TAKA Bunga program via OCBC mobile.
  3. Maximum cashback up to IDR 300,000 per customer (cashback is not applicable in multiples).
  4. Customers can still participate in the ongoing regular Debit Card program on e-commerce.
  5. The nominal amount of a Debit Card transaction refers to the amount paid by the Customer to the merchant (after any discount deductions, if applicable).
  6. Debit Card transactions considered are the accumulation of e-commerce debit transactions over 2 months (min. IDR 1 Million) from the placement of the Tanda Hadiah/ TAKA Bunga, with a maximum of transactions on January 31, 2026.
  7. Additional cashback on Debit Card transactions will be provided no later than 2 months after the Customer meets the required transaction amount, maximum by the end of March 2026
  8.  Can be combined with the Nyala Banyak Cuan (NEA25) program.
