OCBC Issues Shelf Registration Bonds IV OCBC Phase I 2025 amounting IDR 1.5 Trillion to Strengthen Funding Structure

Jakarta, 16 Juli 2025 – PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (OCBC) issues Shelf Registration Bonds IV OCBC Phase I 2025, with an amount of IDR 1.5 trillion. This initiative is part of OCBC’s medium to long-term funding diversification strategy, aimed at strengthening its capital structure and supporting quality and sustainable credit growth. The issuance is part of the Public Offering of Shelf Registration Bonds IV OCBC, with target total proceeds of up to IDR 8 trillion.

In this first phase, three bond series have been issued—Series A, B, and C—with tenor of 370 days, 3 years, and 5 years and coupon rates of 6.25%, 6.45%, and 6.55%, respectively.

This issuance also serves as part of OCBC’s strategy to maintain a solid funding structure while reinforcing our financing framework to support prudent and quality credit growth,” said Parwati Surjaudaja, President Director of OCBC.

The Shelf Registration Bonds IV OCBC Phase I 2025 has a AAA (idn)/stable ratings from PT Fitch Ratings Indonesia and is supported by five securities companies acting as joint lead underwriters.
