Jakarta, December 2nd, 2025 – PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (“Company”) today held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Stakeholders (EGMS) as part of its commitment to strengthen corporate governance.
During the EGMS, shareholders approved two meeting agenda items, namely:
These adjustments are part of the Company’s strategic efforts to strengthen the organizational structure and ensure operational continuity within the financial conglomerate ecosystem. It is also expected to provide a more solid foundation for the Company’s long-term growth.
Parwati Surjaudaja, President Director of the Company expressed optimism for the Company’s future steps, “With the approval of the Company to be the Financial Conglomerate Holding Company, we believe that these measures will enhance the Company’s capability to provide solutions that are increasingly integrated and relevant, enabling us to meet the evolving needs of our customers.”
Previously, on September 29, 2025, the Company received approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regarding the Appointment of the Company as a Financial Conglomerate Holding Company (FHC) for the OCBC’s Group Financial Conglomeration.
With this approval, the Company is planned to act as the holding company for the financial entities within the conglomerate structure, with PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Great Eastern General Insurance Indonesia, PT Great Eastern Life Indonesia, and PT OCBC NISP Ventura as members.
