Terms and conditions for applying for a loan limits* for the first time:

1. Valid for individual customers and business entities (LLC/ CV/ Firm/ Cooperative/ Individual LLC) and have been a supplier of Hyatt Bali (Andaz Bali, Grand Hyatt & Hyatt Regency) for a minimum of 6 months.
2. For individual customers with an age range of 21-70 years.
3. Coverage area following Hyatt Bali (Andaz Bali, Grand Hyatt & Hyatt Regency) location and/or Customer domicile.
4. Submit legal documents including, business legality, proof of ownership/lease of business location, proof of ownership/lease of residence, bank statement/e-statement for the last 3 months, and other documents if required by the Bank.

*Loan limit is valid for 12 months from the approval date.

Terms and conditions for the next loan withdrawal:

1. Valid for individual and business entities Customers who have a valid loan limit and remaining loan limit that is still available and there are no outstanding on current facilities.
2. Submit the invoice to the Bank through Hyatt Bali (Andaz Bali, Grand Hyatt, & Hyatt Regency).
3. OCBC will contact you by phone for the disbursement of your Invoice Financing.
4. Funds will be disbursed to your operational account up to a maximum of 90% of the invoice value.
