Terms and Conditions:

Emerging Business Loan Customers
Premier Banking Customers with active account status and have been enrolled for at least 3 months

Referring Customers are required to complete and sign the Refer Your Partner Program Form
Rewards will be subject to income tax (PPh) in accordance with applicable tax regulations
Rewards will be processed no later than the end of the following month after the referred facility has been successfully disbursed
Additional rewards in the form of Poinseru from the Woman to Woman Referral program will be processed no later than at the end of the following 2 months after the referred facility has been successfully disbursed
OCBC reserves the right to conduct verification, validation, and further investigation regarding the accuracy of the referral and will not process the reward if it is proven that the referral is invalid or if the verification process could not be completed due to certain obstacles
If any violation or misuse of the program is found, the parties involved will be subject to sanctions according to the applicable regulations and procedures at OCBC, including all applicable laws and regulations. Should any anomalies or non-compliance with the Bank's terms and conditions be discovered in the future, the Bank reserves the right to seek compensation
