3. Voyage Complimentary Privileges

   General provisions

   • The calculation of MOB, AUM, and accumulated transactions according to the internal parameters of the bank. Such bank data shall be final and binding.
   • The Bank, at its discretion and discretion, has the right to suspend or cancel the provision of rewards if there are indications of fraud, irregularities or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
   • The Bank has the right and authority to change, add and/or reduce these Terms and Conditions by notification through media deemed good by the Bank by taking into account the applicable laws and regulations.

Easy way to get Voyage Complimentary

1. T&C for Minimum and Transaction Types
   • Total accumulated retail transaction per monthly billing period (basic + additional card billing) from all Voyage credit card transaction using is minimum IDR60 million, IDR250 million, and IDR500 million (according to the complimentary scheme)
   • The calculated transaction is online/offline retail transaction both domestic and international.
   • Transaction that are not calculated are:
     • Credit/cancellation of transaction in the current month
     • Current instalments (monthly instalment billing)
     • Monthly routine transactions (recurring)
     • Cash withdrawal (cash advance)
     • Loan on Phone (LOP)
     • Credit card fees and charges (interest, annual fees, stamp fees, and other costs arising from current month transactions are charged in the billing statement)
     • That the Bank has the right to debit previously credited mileage/reward points if the customer changes the transaction to installments or does not meet the provisions.
2. The minimum limit for a customer's Voyage Credit Card must be the same or greater than the total accumulated transactions in each benefit package or in accordance with the last total limit on the billing statement.
   Effective from billing April 2024 (transaction period 19 March – 18 April 2024)
   Example
   • To join the Premium Package scheme (minimum spending IDR60 million), the minimum limit of the customer's Voyage credit card is IDR60 million. So if the customer has a limit of IDR100 million, the customer can only participate in the Premium Package scheme and is not eligible to participate in tiering of IDR250 million and IDR500 million.
   • To join the Ultimate Package scheme (minimum spending IDR500 million), the minimum limit of the customer's Voyage credit card is IDR500 million.
   • If the customer wants a higher package but the limit is insufficient, the customer must apply for a temporary/permanent limit increase by contacting RM, Tanya OCBC 1500999 or via OCBC Mobile.
3. Provisions limiting transactions at 4 merchants (Tokopedia, Blibli, Online Pajak paper.id) that can be used for B2B transactions with a maximum accumulation of all merchants is IDR100 million.

4. Minimum AUM Requirements
   Customers who participate in the Voyage Complimentary program are required to have AUM as shown in the following table:

   The following are the conditions for simulating the calculation of average AUM:

   • 0th month after Voyage credit card is approved, AUM is calculated based on position at the time of print billing date.
   • 1st month to 3rd month after Voyage credit card is approved, AUM will be calculated based on the previous month's end AUM position.
   • 4th month onwards after your Voyage credit card is approved, AUM will be calculated based on the average of the 1st month AUM average, 2nd month average, and 3rd month average.

   • This provision applies to all customer segments
   • AUM calculated is liabilities facility and includes Bond, ORI, Mutual Fund and other investment product facilities.
   • Especially for reinstatement (reactivating a closed card), the MOB calculation refers to the latest open date.
   • The calculation of MOB and AUM corresponds to the internal parameters of the bank. Such bank data shall be final and binding.

Program Mechanism

• Customers who are eligible to get complimentary must meet the minimum transaction and minimum AUM in accordance with the provisions above, if there is a determination that is not met, Voyage Complimentary cannot be given.
• Eligible customers will receive an invitation via email and/or SMS every month in week 4.
• Customers MUST contact Voyage Exchange via +62-21-26506363 or email tanya@ocbc.id to choose a package and exchange the desired package before the usage period ends.

  Notes

  1. Changes to the update regarding the maximum complementary voyage bonus is a maximum of 50 thousand per customer per billing period
  2. Especially for Luxury and Ultimate packages, complementary movie and dining tickets can be exchanged for a minimum of 5 pax with a maximum of 3 splits per benefit package received (valid for multiples)
  3. Hotel offers are not valid during peak season
  4. Effective starting from October 2024 billing (transaction period 19 September - 18 October 2024)
  5. Effective October 2024, you can exchange Voyage Miles up to a maximum of 150,000 Voyage Miles/month
  6. Each benefit is valid for 3 months starting from the month of billing. For benefits that have expired according to the bank's policy, there cannot be a deviation from the extension of the period. The bank has the right to refuse the request for an extension of the period.

2. Hotel:

   • Tickets cannot be refunded, rescheduled, and cashed
   • Cancellation fees are borne by the customer
   • Requests submitted outside of working hours will be processed on the next working day/hour
   • Minimum reservation 7 days before the date of stay
   • Reservations can be made according to room availability at each hotel
   • The name of the person making the reservation must be the same as the name of the cardholder
   • All costs incurred outside the basic hotel price will be the responsibility of the Customer

3. The Premiere XXI Movie Tickets:

   • Valid at all The Premiere XXI, according to the transaction tiering package
   • Customers must have an M-Tix account. The mobile phone number registered in the M-Tix account must be the same as the one registered in the OCBC credit card system
   • Reservations are made through M-Tix by entering the voucher code provided by OCBC
   • All costs incurred outside the basic ticket price will be the responsibility of the Customer
