Terms and conditions of MDR QRIS:
- The program applies to Nyala Bisnis Customers or Nyala Bisnis Program TAYTB Women Warriors who have newly registered for the OCBC QRIS service.
- Customers must have an active OCBC Business Smart Current Account in IDR currency.
- Customers must have access to OCBC Mobile/ OCBC Business.
- The QRIS MDR cashback program is valid for 6 months from the date of registration for the OCBC QRIS service.
- Cashback is calculated based on transactions at OCBC QRIS Merchants and does not apply to transactions made via QRIS EDC.
- The minimum MDR fee cashback to be credited is IDR 10K.
- The maximum MDR cashback credited is IDR 500K/ month for Nyala Bisnis customers with a combined balance of < IDR 500 Million, and IDR 1 Million/ month for Nyala Bisnis customers with a combined balance ≥ IDR 500 Million.
- Transaction observations are conducted monthly for 6 months from the activation of OCBC QRIS.
- The customer's account must be active and have at least 6 outgoing/ incoming transactions each month.
- Cashback will be credited to an active current account (IDR) no later than the end of the month following the transaction month.
- Customers must agree to all applicable QRIS service terms and conditions.
- Program terms and conditions may change at any time and will be communicated by the Bank to the Customers.
