Terms & Conditions of the Fresh Fund &New Products Placement Program

Definitions contained in the Terms & Conditions:

  • Fresh Fund: Funds from other banks, not books transfers from other accounts at OCBC).
  • New Products: Bank products that the Customer has not owned since December 31 2024.
  • AUM: Total Combined Balance includes
    1. Savings with Mudharabah Contract includes Tanda iB Multicurrency, Taka iB, Tabungan Mudharabah iB, and Tabungan Komunitas iB,
    2. Deposito iB
    3. Gold Savings,
    4. Syariah Mutual Funds,
    5. Syariah Bonds (sukuk) and
    6. Syariah Bancassurance products.

Terms & Conditions

  1. To be eligible to participate the Program, the Customer must fill out the program participationform ("Program Form") during the program period, which can be accessed through this link. Customers who do not fill out the Program Form will be ineligible to participate in the Program. Customers only need to fill out the Program Form 1 (once) time during the Program Period.
  2. Customer has owned Gold Savings Account
  3. The program is valid only for Existing Customers who have been OCBC Customers for minimum of 3 (three) months, starting from the month of opening OCBC Account.
    Example: Customers who join OCBC in July 2025 will be able to join the program in October 2025.
  4. The program is valid for the period of 1st – 31st October 2025
  5. During the program period, Customer are required to be registered to:
    • Nyala
    • Nyala Staff
    • Nyala Payroll
  6. This program is not valid for:
    • Premier/Private Banking customers;
    • Premier/Private Banking customers who change services to Nyala;
    • Customers who aren’t registered in Nyala, Nyala Staff and Nyala Payroll.
  7. Customer can do Product placement according to the Program Scheme through OCBC Mobile or Branches.
  8. Terms and Conditions for Fresh Fund Placement Program Scheme
    1. To get Gold Savings rewards in this scheme, Customer is required to upgrade their Nyala level or do product placement with Fresh Fund.
    2. Nyala Level Upgrade scheme on the Nyala Master level, customer will only be needed to increase the Total Combined Balance (AUM) according to the placement scheme.
    3. If any of the points (a) are met, the reward calculation will be calculated based on the lowest value between the Fresh Fund or the incremental from Total Combined Balance (AUM) compared to the previous month of the program period.

    4. There are 4 (four) Fresh Fund placement options, which IDR 2 Million, IDR 10 Million, IDR 50 Million, and IDR 100 Million.
    5. Fresh Fund can be done through multiple placements. Rewards will be calculated based on the accumulated placements of Fresh Fund in one month.
    6. Gold Savings Rewards cannot be multiplied.
    7. Maximum Gold Savings Reward for Fresh Fund Placement Scheme is IDR 250,000 per program period.
  9. New Product Placement Program Scheme Conditions:
    1. The products that Customer can choose for this Program Scheme are as follows:
      • Taka iB
      • Deposito iB
      • Gold Savings
      • Syariah Mutual Funds (except Money Market Mutual Funds and Installment Mutual Funds)
      • Syariah Bonds (Sukuk)
      • Syariah Bancassurance
    2. For Deposito iB & Taka iB, the minimum tenor for product placement is 6 (Six) months.
    3. There are 2 (two) minimum nominal placement options for New Product Placement Scheme, IDR 10 Million, and IDR 100 Million.
    4. New Product Placement can be done through multiple placements. Rewards will be calculated based on the accumulated placements of Fresh Fund.
    5. Especially for Taka iB, Placement amount mean is an initial deposit of account opening.
    6. New Product Placement Scheme Rewards will be given to Customers based on the nominal and product type included in the program.
    7. Gold Savings Rewards cannot be multiplied.
    8. Maximum Gold Saving Reward for Regular New Product scheme is IDR 450,000 per program period.
    9. Maximum Gold Savings Reward for Syariah Bancassurance New Product scheme is IDR 300,000 per program period.
  10. Customers will receive the Gold Savings Reward by the end of the following month from the program period.
  11. This program cannot be combined with other product placement programs.
  12. The account must be active and not blocked for any reason when the reward is credited by OCBC.
  13. OCBC has the right to not processing/cancelling the provision of reward to Customers who, based on OCBC’s assessment, are indicated to have committed fraud on account opening and/or included in OCBC’s fraud list.

  15. OCBC has the right and authority to modify, add, and/or reduce these Terms and Conditions with notification through media deemed appropriate by the bank, considering the legal regulations and legislation in force.
  16. The Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  17. In the event that Terms and Conditions of this Program are translated into another language, then if there is a discrepancy or conflict between the Indonesian text and the foreign language, then the Indonesian text will prevail.
