Terms & Conditions Top Up Program, Fresh Fund & New Products Placement Program

Definitions contained in the Terms & Conditions:

  1. Fresh Fund: Funds from other banks, not books transfers from other accounts at OCBC.
  2. New Products: Bank products that the Customer has not owned since December 31 2024.
  3. AUM: Total Combined Balance includes Savings, Gold Savings, Deposits, Mutual Funds, Bonds and Bancassurance products.
  1. To be eligible to participate the Program, the Customer must fill out the program participation form ("Program Form") during the program period, which can be accessed through this link. Customers who do not fill out the Program Form will be ineligible to participate in the Program. Customers only need to fill out the Program Form 1 (once) time during the Program Period.
  2. The program is valid only for Existing Customers who have been OCBC Customers for minimum of 3 (three) months, starting from the month of opening OCBC Account.

    Example: Customers who join OCBC in August 2025 will be able to join the program in November 2025.

  3. The program is valid for the period of 1 – 30 November 2025
  4. During the program period, Customer are required to be registered to:
    • Nyala
    • Nyala Staff
    • Nyala Payroll
  5. This program is not valid for:
    • Premier/Private Banking customers;
    • Premier/Private Banking customers who change services to Nyala;
    • Customers who aren’t registered in Nyala, Nyala Staff and Nyala Payroll.
  6. Customer can do Product placement according to the Program Scheme through OCBC Mobile or Branches.
  7. The products that Customer can choose for the Program Scheme is Tanda Hadiah Cashback with Tanda 360 Plus Saving product.
  8. Terms and Conditions for Fresh Fund Placement Program Scheme
    1. The reward calculation will be calculated based on the lowest value between the Fresh Fund or the incremental from Total Combined Balance (AUM) compared to the previous month of the program period.

    3. Fresh Fund can be done through multiple placements. Rewards will be calculated based on the accumulated placements of Fresh Fund in one month.
    4. Rewards cannot be multiplied.
    5. Maximum Reward for Fresh Fund Placement Scheme is IDR 250,000 per program period.

  9. New Product Placement Program Scheme Conditions:
    1. There are 2 (two) minimum nominal placement options for New Product Placement Scheme, IDR 10 Million, and IDR 100 Million.
    2. New Product Placement can be done through multiple placements. Rewards will be calculated based on the accumulated placements of Fresh Fund in one month.
    3. Rewards cannot be multiplied.
  10. Customers will receive the Reward by the end of the following month from the program period.
  11. This program cannot be combined with other product placement programs.
  12. The account must be active and not blocked for any reason when the reward is credited by OCBC.
  13. OCBC has the right to not processing/cancelling the provision of cashback to Customers who, based on OCBC’s assessment, are indicated to have committed fraud on account opening and/or included in OCBC’s fraud list.

  15. OCBC has the right and authority to modify, add, and/or reduce these Terms and Conditions with notification through media deemed appropriate by the bank, considering the legal regulations and legislation in force.
  16. The Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  17. In the event that Terms and Conditions of this Program are translated into another language, then if there is a discrepancy or conflict between the Indonesian text and the foreign language, then the Indonesian text will prevail.

Terms & Conditions 20% Cashback Program for Special Year-End 2025 Debit Card Transactions:

  1. Customers are required to participate in the TANDA Hadiah Cashback Program with a minimum tenor 6 months and a minimum IDR 10 Million
  2. The placement of the TANDA Hadiah program via OCBC mobile.
  3. Minimal debit card transacts at e-commerce IDR 1 Mio to get cashback up to IDR 300,000 per customer (cashback is not applicable in multiples).
  4. Customers can still participate in the ongoing regular Debit Card program on e-commerce.
  5. The nominal amount of a Debit Card transaction refers to the amount paid by the Customer to the merchant (after any discount deductions, if applicable).
  6. Debit Card transactions considered are the accumulation of e-commerce debit transactions over 2 months from the placement of the Tanda Hadiah with a maximum of transactions on January 31, 2026.
  7. Additional cashback on Debit Card transactions will be provided no later than 2 months after the Customer meets the required transaction amount, maximum by the end of March 2026
