OCBC Launches Music Video "Kita Usahakan Rumah Itu" to Inspire Youth to Realize Their Dream Homes

Jakarta, 9 June 2025 – OCBC officially launched a short film titled “Kita Usahakan Rumah Itu” (Let’s Make That House a Home), a touching piece that highlights the meaning of “home” as the place where stories and memories begin. Directed by Yandy Laurens, the film is accompanied by a theme song of the same name, performed by musician Sal Priadi.

This launch is part of OCBC's broader vision to encourage young people to boldly build their future—including owning their dream home—without sacrificing lifestyle or financial stability, while staying #FUNanciallyFIT. Through this music video, OCBC wants to convey the message that a home is not just a physical structure, but an emotional space built through effort.

The film and song portray the everyday lives of urban youth striving for a home in many forms—a place to live, a place to return to, and a space to share stories. The use of authentic talent and grounded narrative are key strengths of the film in emotionally resonating with the audience.

Sal Priadi, the songwriter and performer of the theme song, shared that the song is a personal reflection of the home as an emotional space. “To me, a home isn't always a place. Sometimes, it’s a person, a memory, or a voice that brings peace. Through this song, I want to express that a home is something we build together,” said Sal.

Along with the launch of this music video, reaffirms its commitment to assisting young people design a financially healthy future.
