How to join?
Q: What is Crayon 2023?
A: Crayon 2023 is a banking internship program for all Indonesian citizens who are active students in higher education. What makes Crayon different from the usual internship programs is that interns will receive a structured program with an interesting learning curriculum, engagement gatherings, and connections with experts in their fields.
Q: Why should I join the Crayon 2023 program?
A: By participating in Crayon 2023, you have the opportunity to get mentorship from experts in their fields, face real business experiences during the program, get competitive monthly pocket money, get a cool starter kit, and get a certificate when completing the program.
Q: Is there a fee for Crayon 2023 registration?
A: No. OCBC NISP does not charge any fees related to Crayon 2023.
Q: Can participants register themselves if they are participating in an internship program being held by another company?
A: No, participants who are currently participating in an internship program at another company are not allowed to enroll in the Crayon 2023 program.
Q: Is Portfolio mandatory?
A: No, participants are not required to upload a portfolio. However, for certain majors such as design or IT, if there is a project portfolio, it would be better if it is attached.
Q: What kind of participants are you looking for?
A: The participants we are looking for are all Indonesian citizens who are registered as active students in domestic and foreign universities and have taken at least semester 6 and have not graduated during the program. In addition, participants who have self-motivation and the ability to work in a good team, good time management skills to work in a professional environment, are adaptable, creative and innovative, and have good communication skills are additional criteria that we are looking for.
Q: Will I be notified if I am rejected during file selection?
A: No. Only participants who pass to the interview stage will be notified via email.
Q: Will the participants of the Crayon 2023 program get paid during their apprenticeship?
A: Yes. Each participant will get monthly allowance with a competitive amount.
