Terms & Conditions

• This program is valid for all customers who do not have a Gold Savings account, both new (NTB) and existing customers, who open a Gold Savings account during the program period.
• Customers are required to make their first purchase with a minimum nominal amount according to the scheme in the table and add a unique number "1" (one) to the transaction amount to identify their participation in the program. If the initial deposit amount is different from that stated in the scheme table, the unique number "1" remains.
• Customers will receive a reward in the form of a bonus Gold Savings balance according to the selected scheme, and multiples are not applicable. If a customer purchases gold with a nominal amount that does not match the specified tiers, the reward will be calculated based on the lowest tier closest to the purchase amount.
• Reward quotas are limited and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis (as long as quota is still available that month, and quota cannot be accumulated).
• The gold balance reward will be credited to the customer's Gold Savings balance no later than 30 business days after the program ends.
• Relationship accounts and Gold Savings accounts must be active at the time of reward crediting.
• The Bank, at its discretion, reserves the right to suspend or cancel reward disbursement if there are indications of fraud, irregularities, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Bank reserves the right and authority to amend, add, and/or amend these Terms and Conditions by notification through any medium deemed appropriate by the Bank, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
