Every OCBC NISP Credit Card promo transaction will not get Otoklix Reward Points.
Payment is made directly at the Otoklix workshop.
If the customer does not bring an OCBC NISP Credit Card when paying at the Otoklix workshop, payment for the transaction will be canceled and/or the customer can get the current promotional price at the Otoklix workshop (as long as it complies with the applicable terms & conditions). If there is no promotion at the workshop, the normal/full price will be charged according to the applicable workshop price.
The service and reschedule period is no later than H+10 after the order date.
New service can be carried out at least 1+ days after ordering.
Reservations that have been booked cannot be canceled (no refunds), but can be rescheduled by contacting OtoBuddy.
Customers get a guarantee of 14 days after service, starting from the date the order is completed. Details of service warranty claims are as follows:
The form of guarantee that can be processed is similar service or replacement of spare parts when service is carried out. However, the Workshop and/or Otoklix will still check first whether the damage that occurred was due to the service in question or was caused by the User's negligence.
Claim submissions must be accompanied by evidence in the form of photos or videos showing the damage in question on the complaint channel that has been provided.
Promo cannot be combined with other ongoing promos.
