If the customer does not bring an OCBC Credit Card when paying at the Otoklix workshop, payment for the transaction will be canceled and/or the customer can get the current promotional price at the Otoklix workshop (as long as it complies with the applicable terms & conditions). Customers get a guarantee of 14 days after service, starting from the date the order is completed. Details of service warranty claims are as follows:

The form of guarantee that can be processed is similar service or replacement of spare parts when service is carried out. However, the Workshop and/or Otoklix will still check first whether the damage that occurred was due to the service in question or was caused by the User's negligence
