Report on Financial Information and Final Tax Realization (Report on Financial and Final Tax) for customer convenience in terms of tax reporting, has been available since 2016. This service can be accessed by individual customers independently.

The content of the report includes the detail of customer’s products that are subject to tax:

  • Loans

  1. Customers make a written request for a Reference Letter from the bank or by Marketing who manage the client’s account
  2. Signature as on the specimen

Terms and Conditions:

  • Own a savings and/or giro account at OCBC Bank which is active within 3 months and the balance meets the minimum requirement for both products. If the customer owns a loan, the customer must own an active savings or giro account and has a good record.
  • Include supporting documents related to project that is going to be joined such as Tender invitation.
  • The account is not blocked because of requests from authorized agencies.

Fee:: Clients will be charged IDR150,000/sheet

Bank Reference Letter is a statement issued by the Bank based on request from the customer.

How to Apply:
  1. The customer submits a request for the issuance of a Bank Reference Letter in writing at the branch or through marketing that manages the customer's account
  2. Signed according to the specimen
Terms and Conditions:
  • General, for example: for the purposes of opening an account at another bank, continuing study abroad, etc.
  • Have a Savings and / or Current Account
  • Has been a customer of Bank OCBC for at least 3 months
  • Precipitation is at least a minimum balance in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Bank. If a customer has a Savings and Demand Deposit account, the two types of accounts may not balance below the minimum balance requirement

Safe Deposit Box or commonly known as SDB is a box leasing service for assets or securities specially designed to provide a sense of security and comfort for Customer.

  3. Term & Conditions for Leasing a Safe Deposit Box (SDB)
    1. SDB Special Classification Branch

      Terms of Opening/Leasing/Extending SDB Special Classification Branch:

      New SDB Opening/Leasing & Renewal
      1.1 For Premier Banking, Private Banking, and Non-Individual customers:
      1. New SDB rentals are limited to a maximum of 2 (two) SDB boxes per Customer.
      2. New SDB Leasing: Customers are required to have an average total asset under management (AUM) for the last 1 (one) month of at least IDR500,000,000
      3. SDB Rental Extension: Customers are required to have an average total asset under management (AUM) for the last 12 (twelve) months of at least IDR500,000,000

      1.2 Personal Banking Customers Only - Other individuals or segments not mentioned in point 1.1:
      1. New SDB rentals are limited to 1 (one) SDB box per Customer.
      2. New SDB Leasing: Customers are required to have an average total asset under management (AUM) for the last 1 (one) month of at least IDR500,000,000
      3. SDB Rental Extension: Customers are required to have an average total asset under management (AUM) for the last 12 (twelve) months of at least IDR500,000,000,-
      4. There is an additional rental fee of 50% of the applicable SDB rental price + VAT.
      5. The process of debiting rental fees will be carried out 2 times:
        • First debit for SDB Rental Price
        • Second debit for Additional Rental Fee
      6. Customers who have been charged additional fees, tidak dibebankan biaya denda jika tidak memenuhi ketentuan AUM.

      1.2 For Individual & Non-Individual Customers or segments not mentioned in point 1.1:

    3. Additional provisions related to Safe Deposit Box (SDB) Opening/Leasing/Renewal:
      1. Leasing SDB for the first time, the rates and fees will be charged to the Tenant, consist of leasing fees, VAT and key security deposit, which will be debited from the Tenant's relation account.
      2. If there is an increase in the key security deposit, it is mandatory to add a maximum key security deposit during the next SDB renewal period.
      3. At the time of renewal, the rates and fees charged to the Tenant, consist of leasing fees, VAT, and fines (if any) which will be debited from the Tenant's relation account.
      4. Lease extension deadline of SDB (grace period) is 29 calendar days.
      5. If after the extension deadline, the Bank has not succeeded in making a debit from the Tenant's relation account, the Tenant will be subject to a penalty for late payment of SDB leasing:
        • Tenants/Customers who are late in paying the SDB renewal fee and do not renew the lease period are subject to the following conditions:

        • Late fees are calculated starting from the last lease due date.
        • If the due date of SDB leasing is not on a business day, then the calculation of the penalty will start on the next working day.
        • For delays of more than 365 days (above 1 year), multiples apply.
          Example: Customer is late Payment for 1 year 4 months and will extend the SDB Rental Period, then the Late Fee is 100% (365 days fine) + 30% (120 days fine) of the Rental Fee for 1 year.
      6. In this case there is demolition of the SDB rented by the customer, then all costs arising from the demolition of the SDB, including the costs to restore the form and function of the SDB will be the burden and responsibility of the customer. And if it is not paid by the customer, the fee will take/paid from key guarantee. If there is a shortage of funds, then the remaining deficiency will be charged to the customer.

  • The SDB discount/free rates apply for OCBC Premier Banking customer and complies with the applicable conditions.
  • Customer must have a related Savings or Current Account that will be used for the debiting of the SDB rent fees.

    • Customer Statement and Agreement on SDB Rental Rates and Fine Provisions.
  • For any ongoing SDB rentals, the discounted / exemption of fees will be given during its extension; Only if the last 12 months average combined balance requirement is fulfilled.
