Terms & Conditions

1. This Nyala x Vidio program is only valid for new Nyala OCBC customers
2. The customer successfully registers for Nyala and verification (KYC) on the OCBC onboarding website or OCBC Mobile Application (id).
3. When opening an account, the Customer is required to enter one of the following promo codes

4. Details of the Nyala Global Debit program rewards:
   • The placement of funds is carried out in the same month when the account is opened.

   • Make purchase transactions, payments including QRIS through OCBC Mobile at least 3 (three) times during the program period.

5. Only 1 (one) device/mobile phone per Customer is allowed to participate in this program.
6. The e-voucher prize will be sent to the Customer's email address registered in the Nyala account no later than the end of the month in the following month after the terms and conditions of the program are met.
7. The e-voucher is only valid 1 (one) time on the Partner's website/application.
8. The e-voucher is non-refundable, non-refundable and/or non-refundable.
9. The e-voucher is valid for 2 (two) months from the date of receipt by the Customer and cannot be extended.
10. Customers are fully responsible for any risks associated with using the e-voucher sent by the Bank.
11. The program rewards are based on transaction data owned by the Bank, and the Bank’s decisions are final and binding.
12. The Bank reserves the right to withhold the reward if it identifies any fraud or non-compliance with the terms and conditions of account opening and/or if the customer is listed in the Bank’s fraud database.
13. The Bank may amend the program’s terms and conditions by providing notification in the form and through the Bank’s communication media at least 30 (thirty) business days prior to the effective date of the changes.
14. By participating in this program, customers declare that they understand, acknowledge, and agree to all applicable terms and conditions related to the promotional program for account opening via the OCBC Website Onboarding and OCBC Application (ID) with e-voucher rewards from the Partner.
