Requirements to Apply Great Pro Assurance

  • Currency : IDR
  • Premium (per Insured):
    • Minimum : IDR 5,000,000 per-insured
    • Maximum : IDR 50,000,000 per-insured
  • Entry Age:
    • Insured : 14 days - 54 years (last birthday)
    • Policy Holder: 18 years - 90 years (last birthday)
  • Sum Insured:
      Entry Age Sum Insured Multiplier
      14 days – 24 years 40 x of single premium
      25 – 34 years 20 x of single premium
      35 – 44 years 10 x of single premium
      45 – 54 years 5 x of single premium

    • Maximum Sum Insured IDR 2,000,000,000 per insured for entry age ≤ 24 years and IDR 1,000,000,000 per insured for entry age 25 – 54 years
  • Insurance period : until the Insured reach 99 years (last birthday)

Insurance product is provided by the Insurance Company, It is not a product of PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. (“Bank”) and Bank is not an insurance agent or insurance broker of the Insurance Company.

The Insurance Company will take full responsibility over the insurance product and the content of the insurance policy published for such insurance product, so therefore Bank will not be liable in any form for the insurance product and the content of insurance policy published for such insurance product.

The insurance product is not a saving product of the Bank, thus is not included in the government guarantee program or Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.

Premium paid by the Policyholder are including cost of insurance, supplementary, fund management, bank commission and marketing staff commission.

What is the benefit if there’s a risk happen to the Insured?

The beneficiary will receive Sum Insured minus the living benefit (if any) and then the policy will terminate

How do I pay the insurance premium?

Premium payment are made directly by the customer when buying the product through the website

What should I do to submit the insurance claims?

For claims, the customer or the heirs can complete the documents as stated in the policy, then:

  • Give it to the Relationship Manager or OCBC NISP Branch, to be forwarded to the Insurance Company, or
  • Send directly to Insurance Company
