Terms & Conditions Nyala Start+ Program (“Syarat dan Ketentuan”):

1. Program Nyala Start+ (Program) running since 1 April until 30 April 2026 (“Program Period”.)
2. Valid for:
   • New Customers, OR
   • Existing Customers provided that as of December 31, 2025, all OCBC accounts have been closed, and they do not hold any other products except for OCBC Credit Cards, and never participated in the Nyala acquisition program in 2025.
3. Customers must enter NEA26 promo code while account opening (New Customer) or joining in this Program (Existing Customer).
4. Customers must be registered to Nyala or Nyala Payroll services (not applicable for Nyala Bisnis).
5. Extra Gimmick Disney only applied to Customer who open Regular Savings Plan (TAKA Bunga TAKA Flexi, TAKA Fix Instalment) min. target fund IDR 10 Million tenor 12 months. (or especially for TAKA Flexi, min. monthly deposit IDR 834,000 with tenor 12 months). Gimmick only applicable at OCBC Branch listed in here.
6. Funds and product placement must originating from other bank (Fresh Funds) and cannot be transferred from other OCBC accounts.
   Example: Customer join with total combined fund balance IDR 2 Million and fund placement IDR 1 Million from other bank and overbooking IDR 1 Million. Therefore, Customer is not eligible because the funds are not fresh funds.
7. Fulfillment of the requirements for Top Up/Pay Transactions (excluding e-money top-up) via OCBC mobile must be carried out during April 2026 and must meet one of the Combined Total Balance tiers.
8. Fulfilment of general requirements including fresh fund and total combined fund balance must be performed at the latest within the end of 2nd month since account opening (New Customer) or joining the program (Existing Customer).
   Example: If the first month Customer has fulfilled the requirements for the Total Combined Balance, then Total Combined Balance reward will be paid immediately without waiting for the end of the second month.
9. Reward for total combined fund balance placement does not apply to multiples.
   If Customer placement total combined fund IDR 100 Million, the Customer get reward IDR 285,000 in accordance with the tier for a total combined balance of Rp50 million.
10. Fulfilment of new product placement requirement must be performed at the latest within the end of the 3rd month since account opening (New Customers) or joining this Program (Existing Customers).
11. New product placement reward only applies to Customers who have met a minimum total combined fund IDR 25 Million or more from the first month opening account (New Customer) or after joining this program (Existing Customer) and only valid for max. 3 product
12. Reward will be credited to the customer’s active account (Tanda 360 plus IDR or Mudarabah iB IDR) no later than the last working day of the fourth month after account opening (New Customer) or joining in this Program (Existing Customer) with the following crediting details.
    Example: If a customer opens an account in April 2026, the fulfilment of total combined fund balance must be performed within the end of May 2026 and new product placement must be performed within the end of June 2026. Cashback will be credited on 31^st July 2026.
13. Specifically for the Gold Savings product, the product reward is credited in the form of a Gold Savings balance, which is credited based on the market value at the time the reward credit is made by OCBC.
14. Customers must ensure that the account is active and not blocked/restricted for any reasons at the time the payment of the program reward is credited by the Bank. If at the of reward payment, the account status is not active or is blocked, the payment will be made on the last working day of the following month.
15. Each Customer is allowed only 1 (one) New Customer program.
16. This program cannot be combined with other new customer programs, except Tanda Hadiah Cashback extra gimmick Disney Program and/or New Opening Account Young Nyala.
17. OCBC has the right to not processing/cancelling the provision of cashback to Customers who, based on OCBC’s assessment, are indicated to have committed fraud on account opening and/or included in OCBC’s fraud list.
