The payment channel feature on the customer loyalty platform is one of the features on the loyalty platform that provides convenience and comfort to PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (“OCBC”) customers so that customers can redeem their desired prizes using Poinseru entirely or combining transactions using Poinseru partially with an OCBC credit card or OCBC debit card.

All PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk ("OCBC") customers can use the payment channel feature on this loyalty platform.
The minimum amount of Poinseru used for Partial payment is 1 (one) Poinseru, which can be combined with other payment methodes using an OCBC credit card, OCBC debit card, or virtual account.
Payment channels on the loyalty platform can only use OCBC credit or debit cards or virtual accounts.
Payment channel requires redeeming rewards using Poinseru entirely or in combination (Poinseru and payment using a credit card, debit card, or virtual account).
For redeeming rewards using partial payment, the transaction will be recorded on the credit card e-statement or OCBC account statement.

Can I combine my Poinseru with the other Loyalty Program?

To provide customers with a wider choice of unlimited Poinseru redeems within the Poinseru catalog, the Combine Poinseru program allows customers to redeem their Poinseru with loyalty partners.

The Combine Poinseru with Traveloka Points program allows OCBC customers to redeem Poinseru for Traveloka Points. The minimum Poinseru redeemable is 1,000 Poinseru to receive 19,000 Traveloka Points.

Redeemed Traveloka points can be used for transactions within the Traveloka app.

Terms & Condition:

All customers of PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk ("OCBC") who have Poinseru.
Customers must have a membership on the Traveloka app.
Please enter in accordance Traveloka Points membership details.
The minimum Poinseru that can be exchanged for Traveloka Points is 1,000 Poinseru (multiples apply).
The value of 1 Traveloka Point is equivalent to IDR 1.
Traveloka Points are valid for one year after the points are successfully redeemed or credited to the customer's account.
Traveloka Points can be used for Flight, Hotel, Flight & Hotel, Xperience, Car Rental, Train, Bus & Shuttle, and Airport Transfer purchases.
Traveloka Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another user's account.
If Points are unsuccessfully redeemed, Poinseru will be refunded within 14 business days.
