Terms and conditions for applying for a loan limit for the first time:

1. Valid for individual customers/business entities (PT/CV/Firma/Cooperative/Individual Company) and have been consumers who have purchased seasonings or sauces at PT Mazzoni Java Utama for a minimum of 1 year.
2. For individual customers with an age range of 21 – 70 years.
3. Valid for consumers located in Jabodetabek, Medan, Bandung, Semarang and Solo.
4. Customers are required to apply for a KTA loan via the KTA onboarding web.

Terms and conditions for the next loan withdrawal:

1. Valid for individual customers/business entities who have a valid loan limit and remaining loan limit that is still available and there are no arrears on current facilities.
2. Purchase Order / Invoice is issued by PT Mazzoni Java Utama.
3. For Individual Customers: Must send an email to oncashbiz@ocbc.id with the loan withdrawal email template that has been provided.
4. For Business Entity Customers: Must fill out and print the loan withdrawal form template. Signed documents are scanned and sent by email to oncashbiz@ocbc.id

*Loan limits are valid for 12 months from approval.
