Voyage Complimentary Privileges

• IMPORTANT
• The calculation of the MOB, average combined balance, and accumulated transactions is in accordance with the bank's internal parameters. The bank's data is final and binding.
• The Bank, at its discretion and discretion, reserves the right to suspend or cancel the award of rewards if there are indications of fraud, irregularities, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Easy way to get Voyage Complimentary

1. Terms and Conditions for Types and Minimum Transactions
   • The total accumulated retail transactions on each monthly bill (main card + supplementary cards) from all transactions using the customer's Voyage Credit Card must be a minimum of IDR 60 million, IDR 250 million, and IDR 500 million (according to the complimentary scheme).
   • Transactions counted are online/offline retail transactions, both domestic and international.
   • Transactions that do not earn Voyage Miles are as follows:
2. The minimum limit for a customer's Voyage Credit Card must be equal to or greater than the total accumulated transactions in each benefit package or the final total limit on their billing statement.
   Effective starting April 2024 billing (transaction period March 19 – April 18, 2024)
   Example:
   • To participate in the Premium Package scheme (minimum spending of IDR 60 million), the minimum limit on a customer's Voyage credit card is IDR 60 million. Therefore, if a customer has a limit of IDR 100 million, they can only participate in the Premium Package scheme and are not eligible for the IDR 250 million and IDR 500 million tiers.
   • To participate in the Ultimate Package scheme (minimum spending of IDR 500 million), the minimum limit on a customer's Voyage credit card is IDR 500 million.
   • If a customer desires a higher package but does not have sufficient limit, they must request a temporary/permanent limit increase by contacting a RM, Tanya OCBC at 1500999, or via OCBC Mobile.
3. Transaction limits apply to four merchants (Tokopedia, Blibli, Online Pajak, and Paper.id) that can be used for B2B (Business-to-Business) transactions. The maximum accumulated transaction across these merchants is IDR 100 million (the total for all merchants, not per merchant).

4. Minimum Spending and Average Combined Balance Requirements
   Customers participating in the Voyage Complimentary program are required to meet the minimum spending and average combined balance requirements as shown in the following table:

   The following are the conditions for simulating the calculation of average AUM:

   • 0th month after Voyage credit card is approved, AUM is calculated based on position at the time of print billing date.
   • 1st month to 3rd month after Voyage credit card is approved, AUM will be calculated based on the previous month's end AUM position.
   • 4th month onwards after your Voyage credit card is approved, AUM will be calculated based on the average of the 1st month AUM average, 2nd month average, and 3rd month average.

   • This provision applies to all customer segments
   • AUM calculated is liabilities facility and includes Bond, ORI, Mutual Fund and other investment product facilities.
   • Especially for reinstatement (reactivating a closed card), the MOB calculation refers to the latest open date.
   • The calculation of MOB and AUM corresponds to the internal parameters of the bank. Such bank data shall be final and binding.

Program Mechanism

• Customers who are eligible to get complimentary must meet the minimum transaction and minimum AUM in accordance with the provisions above, if there is a determination that is not met, Voyage Complimentary cannot be given.
• Eligible customers will receive an invitation via email and/or SMS every month in week 4.
• Customers MUST contact Voyage Exchange via +62-21-26506363 or email tanya@ocbc.id to choose a package and exchange the desired package before the usage period ends.

  2. Each benefit is valid for three months, starting from the billing month. Expired benefits, according to bank policy, cannot be extended. The bank reserves the right to reject requests for extensions.

   • Valid at selected OCBC Restaurants
   • Reservations can be made according to table availability at each Restaurant
   • Restaurant List is subject to change
   • Number of guests refers to the restaurant in the table
   • Valid only for the Ultimate package, effective from billing date December 2025
   • Booking period is up to three months after the expiry date.

   A cash rebate of up to IDR 1,250,000 will be credited to your OCBC Voyage Premier Credit Card bill, reducing your current bill.
