- This exchange is valid from Monday, July 15, 2024 to Wednesday, December 31, 2025, except Wednesday, January 29, 2025, Thursday, January 30, 2025, and Wednesday, April 9, 2025, or while supplies last.
- Valid for Singapore Airlines return tickets (excluding free/exchange/discounted/industry discounted tickets) purchased from Monday 15 July 2024 to Wednesday 31 December 2025, with originating airports from:
- Bangladesh – Dhaka (DAC),
- Brunei Darussalam – Bandar Seri Begawan (BWN),
- Cambodia – Phnom Penh (PNH) and/or Siem Reap (SAI),
- Hong Kong – Hong Kong (HKG),

- Payment must be made with Mastercard as clearly stated on the receipt and/or payment details.
- The first 1,200 Mastercard cardholders with Economy Class e-tickets issued by Singapore Airlines for travel period from Monday 15 July 2024 to Wednesday 31 December 2025, and with payment made with Mastercard, will receive a S$50 shopping voucher at Takashimaya Shopping Centre.
- The first 400 Mastercard cardholders with Premium Economy / Business Class / First Class / Suite e-tickets issued by Singapore Airlines for travel period from Monday 15 July 2024 to Wednesday 31 December 2025, and with payment made with Mastercard, will receive a S$100 shopping voucher at Takashimaya Shopping Centre.
- Redemptions are limited to a maximum of one (1) per e-ticket purchased/issued, on a first-come, first-served basis, and while supplies last. Prizes must be accepted as is, are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and are subject to the terms and conditions herein.
- Redemptions may only be processed after the cardholder has been provided with complete information, Mastercard credit/debit/prepaid card, e-ticket receipt, method of payment, and indication of consent or otherwise to receive future direct communications from Management for audit and verification purposes.
- Redemption must be made in person by the Mastercard cardholder as stated on the credit, debit or prepaid card and proof of purchase/printed electronic receipt at the Global Tax Free (GTF) Counter located on Level 3, Customer Service Center, Takashimaya Department Store from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM (SGT) or while stocks last, except on Tuesday, 28 January 2025 and Tuesday, 8 April 2025 from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and closed on Wednesday, 29 January 2025, Thursday, 30 January 2025, and Wednesday, 9 April 2025.
- Management reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or any obligation to any party.
