Program Terms & Conditions
- The Program applies to all OCBC Customers and Employees who successfully invite their family members or friends to open an OCBC account and join the Nyala OCBC using a referral code available on the Referrer’s OCBC mobile. This program does not apply to employees or outsource employees in seller roles (bank personnel responsible for sales and service activities in achieving the Bank’s targets) or Branch Operations roles (bank personnel responsible for processing and monitoring customer transactions).
- Terms for the Referrer:
- The Referrer must already be registered with OCBC Nyala or OCBC Premier Banking services.
- The Referrer may refer a maximum of fifteen (15) Referees per year.
- The Referrer may participate in the Program through one of the following options:

The Referrer is entitled to receive the reward if the Referee enters the referral code during the account opening process.
- OCBC Branch Office:
The Referrer must submit the Referee’s information (name and phone number) through the Internet Banking website (click here ) maximum one (1) month after the Referee opens an account.
If there is any discrepancy between the data submitted by the Referrer and the Referee through Internet Banking, the Referrer will not be eligible to receive the reward.
- The reward will be calculated after the Referee places fund in accordance with the applicable program scheme, no later than the end of the following month after the Referee opens the account.
Example: If the Referee opens an account on 18 April 2026, the fund placement must be completed maximum 31 May 2026. The reward calculation will be based on the Total Combined Balance as of 31 May 2026.
- The Referrer’s account must remain active and not blocked for any reason at the time the reward is credited by OCBC.
- The reward will be credited to the Referrer’s Tanda 360 Plus IDR account no later than the 30th or 31st of the following month after all program Terms and Conditions have been fulfilled.
- The Referrer represents and warrants that it has obtained the consent of the Referee for (i) its personal data to be provided to OCBC and (ii) to be contacted by OCBC for participation in the Program. Referrer guarantees to release OCBC from all risks, demands, lawsuits and other legal remedies against OCBC related to or arising from the disclosure of the Referral personal data to OCBC.
- Terms for the Referee:
- The Referee must open an account based on the selected option:
- Through Digital Channel (OCBC mobile): click here for the guidelines. The Referee must enter the Referrer’s referral code in the ‘Referral Code’ section during the account oepning process.
- Through OCBC Branch Offie. The phone number submitted by the Referrer through Internet Banking must be the same as the phone number registered in the system at the time the Referee opens the account.
- The Referee must place funds as fresh funds, either through transfers from another bank or cash deposits at an OCBC Branch.
- The value of the Referee’s fund placement will be calculated based on the Total Combined Balance no later than the end of the following month after the Referee opens the account.
Example: If the Referee opens an account on 18 April 2026 and places an initial deposit of IDR 100,000, followed by an additional deposit of IDR 27,000,000 on 20 May 2026 which is maintained until 31 May 2026, the Referrer will be eligible to receive the reward based on the minimum Total Combined Balance scheme of IDR 25,000,000.
- The IDR 250,000 placement scheme applies only to referrals conducted digitally via OCBC mobile without a staff code.
- Rewards will be deemed valid only if both the Referrer and the Referee have fulfilled all Program Terms and Conditions.
- Placement in the Tanda Hadiah reward (Cashback / Exclusive Gifts) must be made with a minimum tenor of three (3) months, and the fund placement must comply with the applicable program scheme as stated in the table above. The Tanda Hadiah product must be opened in the same month as the fund placement. If the Tanda Hadiah product is opened in a different month from the fund placement scheme, the Referrer will receive rewards based on the Total Combined Balance scheme.
Example: If the Referee opens an account on 25 June 2026 and places funds of IDR 50,000,000, the opens a Tanda Hadiah product of IDR 30,000,000 with a 3-month tenor on 27 June 2026, the Referrer will receive a reward of IDR 275,000. However, if the Tanda Hadiah placement is made on 3 July 2026, the Referrer will receive a reward of IDR 185,000.
- OCBC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the reward if there is any indication of fraud, irregularities, or violations of these Terms and Conditions, or if the participant is included in the OCBC fraud list.

- These Program Terms and Conditions comply with the applicable laws and regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and/or Bank Indonesia.
- OCBC has the right and authority to modify, add, and/or reduce these Terms and Conditions of this Program with notification through media deemed appropriate by OCBC, subject to the applicable laws and regulations.
- PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) & Bank Indonesia and is a guaranteed member of Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
The Referee can participate in Nyala New Customers Program, allowing the Referee to receive rewards of up to hundreds of thousands of rupiah.
Please ensure that the Referrer’s referral code is followed by ”x NEA26”.
