Terms & Conditions

1. Period: August 20–23, 2026
2. Valid for all OCBC Credit Cards
3. Valid for 3 (three) cashback times per customer name per day
4. Valid for all products at the Astindo Travel Fair event
5. Cashback is only valid for:
• Transactions at participating tenants
• Transactions made on the same day and date
• Transactions made on or after 10:00 AM
• All products at the tenant
6. To receive cashback, customers must:
• Conduct transactions in accordance with the program terms and conditions at the participating tenant using their OCBC Credit Card.
• After completing the transaction, customers must bring the transaction receipt issued by the tenant to the OCBC redemption booth and prepare the Credit Card used for the transaction, along with an ID card that matches the name on the OCBC Credit Card.
• Customers who can queue at the OCBC redemption booth must only bring a transaction receipt from the travel agent. Tenant transactions cannot be made while queuing at the redemption booth.
• One customer can redeem cashback for one credit card number. If a customer wishes to redeem cashback for two credit cards, after redeeming the transaction on one card, the customer can queue again at the OCBC redemption booth.
7. Customers whose credit cards were recently approved and activated at the travel fair event can make transactions using the payment link to redeem cashback.
8. Customers will receive cashback up to two times on their billing statement after the event ends.

Program Terms and Conditions:

• Customers can convert credit card transactions made at OCBC EDC machines to 0% installments for 3, 6, and 12 months.
• The minimum transaction required to convert to installments is IDR 3,000,000.
• Installment conversions can be made directly through the OCBC EDC.
• Each installment transaction will be subject to an admin fee of IDR 25,000, which will be charged once to the customer's billing statement.
• Any transaction converted to installments will not earn Poinseru/Travel Miles/Voyage Miles.

Transactions of at least IDR 10 million at the Holiyaay! Astindo x OCBC Travel Fair event can win the grand prize of a Yamaha Grand Filano Hybrid Neo motorcycle, a Genting Dream Cruise voucher, or other exciting prizes!

Terms and Conditions:

1. Every customer who makes a minimum transaction of IDR 10 million with an OCBC Credit Card has the opportunity to win one goodie bag (75 goodie bags/day)
2. Every customer who makes a minimum transaction of IDR 10 million has the opportunity to participate in the spin the wheel. Customers must bring their transaction receipt and the credit card used for the transaction to the OCBC booth.
3. The transaction receipt used to claim the cashback program can be used to spin the wheel.
4. The minimum transaction of IDR 10 million can be accumulated from a maximum of three transaction receipts.
5. 1 nama nasabah dapat bermain maksimal 2x spin the wheel per hari.
6. One customer can spin the wheel a maximum of two times per day.

Terms & Conditions for Same-Day Approval of Credit Card Applications

• Valid during the Holiyaay! Astindo x OCBC Travel Fair event, August 20-23, 2026, at Pakuwon Mall Surabaya.
• Valid for new Credit Card customers (valid for both Nyala bundling and non-bundling programs) via onboarding.ocbc.id/ or OCBC mobile.
• Customers must enter the promo code ASTINDO2026.
• Customers must select the Credit Card bundling application when opening a Nyala account.
• When opening a Nyala account, a selfie with their ID card must be taken at the OCBC booth at the Holiyaay! Astindo x OCBC Travel Fair event.
• Customers can choose between the OCBC 1st/Nyala Platinum/90N Credit Card type.
• OCBC Credit Card applications with same-day approval will be approved no sooner than one day after application, provided the data and application documents are complete and comply with Bank regulations.
• Credit cards can be activated via OCBC Mobile one day after card approval, and the credit card number will appear in OCBC Mobile and can be used immediately for online transactions.
• The physical card will be sent to the customer's address, with delivery outside Greater Jakarta taking up to 7 business days after card approval.
• All applications that do not meet the requirements or are incomplete will be processed as usual, taking up to 14 business days.
