Terms and Conditions

  1. This program only eligible for new customer of Nyala OCBC NISP.
  2. Customer is entitled to get INDOGOLD E-voucher worth IDR150.000 OR IDR300.000 if:
    1. The account opening registration process with promo code "ONXINDOGOLD" is successfully received and approved by Bank OCBC NISP.
    2. Placing the initial balance no later than 14 calendar days since the account opening is successfully received and approved by the Bank with the following conditions:
      • minimum of IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah) to get INDOGOLD E-voucher worth IDR 150,000 OR
      • minimum of IDR 2,000,000 (two million rupiah) to get an INDOGOLD E-voucher worth IDR 300,000
    3. Maintain the initial placement balance for at least 1x24 hours.
    4. Make 1x payment or purchase transaction through ONe Mobile application, such as top up e-money balance, credit purchase, etc. (fund transfer does not apply)
  3. Bank customers get an additional INDOGOLD E-voucher worth IDR200,000 if within 15 calendar days after opening the Nyala service, open a Deposit OR TAKA (Term Savings) with a minimum target fund placement of IDR10,000,000 with a tenor of 3 (three), 6 (six), or 12 (twelve) months.
  4. The name of the account owner for the initial balance placement must be the same as the name registered in the Nyala service account opening.
  5. 1 (one) device/HP is only allowed for 1 (one) account/customer.
  6. BANK will send the INDOGOLD E-Voucher to the customer's email address registered in the One Mobile application after all program terms and conditions have been met.
  7. The delivery of INDOGOLD E-Voucher is no later than the end of the following month from the opening of Nyala service approved by BANK.
  8. Indogold E-Voucher is valid without minimum transaction on PARTNER website/application.
  9. Indogold E-Voucher cannot be cashed and is non-refundable or non-billable (non-refundable).
  10. Indogold E-Voucher is valid for 3 (three) months since PARTNER sends it to the Bank, and cannot be extended.
  11. The use of Indogold E-Vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotional codes that are currently running on the PARTNER website/application.
  12. Indogold E-Vouchers will only deduct the value of the product and exclude shipping, insurance, or other fees. Any additional costs mentioned will be borne by the Indogold E-Voucher user.
  13. Indogold E-Voucher can only be used for 1 (one) transaction and immediately cuts out the value of the Indogold E-voucher.
  14. The customer is fully responsible for any risk of using the Indogold E-voucher sent by the Bank.
  15. Every transaction made through the INDOGOLD website/application including the use of Indogold E-Vouchers must follow the Terms and Conditions that apply on the PARTNER website/application.
  16. BANK and PARTNER have the right to determine customers who are entitled to receive e-vouchers based on applicable terms and conditions.
  17. BANK and PARTNER have the right to cancel transactions using Indogold E-Vouchers if fraud / non-compliance with the applicable Terms and Conditions is found.
  18. Changes to the Promotion Program Terms & Conditions can be made by the Bank with notification in the form and through the Bank's communication media facilities no later than 30 (thirty) working days before the effective date of the change.
  19. By participating in this promotional program, customers are deemed to understand and agree to all applicable conditions related to the account opening promotion program via ONe Store and ONe Mobile with PARTNER e-vouchers and BANK cashback.
  20. This promotion is given based on transaction data owned by BANK and BANK's decision is final and binding.
  21. ONe Store and ONe Mobile by PT Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk are registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and are participants of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
