General Terms and Conditions

1. Valid only to new OCBC customers.
2. Valid only for account opening through OCBC's Website Onboarding or the OCBC Mobile Application (id).
3. When opening an account, customers must enter the OCBCVIDIOPE or OCBCVIDIOULTI promo code.
4. Customers are required to deposit funds within a maximum period of 7 days after the account opening is successful.
5. Terms and conditions for rewards based on fund placement:

   • There must be funds remaining in the account for a minimum of 30 calendar days, starting from the deposit in the Nyala Account (excluding funds in other products).
   • *To qualify for the Platinum Extra 1-year Reward, customer must open one of the following products, TAKA with savings goal of Rp15.000.000 or Time Deposit with minimum placement Rp15.000.000
   • The program must involve fresh fund deposits, under the condition that:
     • Transfer from other OCBC accounts is not allowed.
     • Transfer from other banks must be in the same name as the OCBC account holder.
     • For initial fund placement, the depositor's name must match the account holder's name.
     • Transfer from E-Wallets (such as Flip, OVO, Gopay, etc.) is not permitted
6. Customers are allowed to participate in only one (1) promo code per Handphone or device.
7. Once the terms and conditions are met, the BANK will send an E-Voucher to the customer's registered email address at OCBC at the end of the following month after the account opening.
8. The BANK and PARTNER reserve the right to determine the customers who will receive the E-Voucher based on the applicable terms and conditions.
9. The BANK reserves the right to NOT proceed with the E-Voucher issuance to customers if fraud/misalignment with the Account Opening Terms & Conditions is detected or if listed in the Bank's fraud list.
10. The Bank may make changes to the Promotion Program Terms & Conditions with notification through Bank communication media channels no later than 30 (thirty) working days before the effective date of change.
11. By participating in this promotional program, customers declare that they have understood, comprehended, and agreed to all applicable terms related to the promotional program for account opening via website Onboarding and OCBC (id) Mobile that rewards an E-Voucher PARTNER.
12. PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and is a participant of the LPS guarantee program.
