Terms and Conditions of the Home Loan - Simple Take Over Program:
- Customers must be an individual Indonesian citizens (not businesses)
- Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application and a maximum of 55 years old (employees) or 70 years old (professionals/entrepreneurs) at the end of the loan term.
- Types of Home Loan collateral that can be transferred: houses and apartments with a building status of 100% completed and can be signed over in a Deed of Sale
- Loans that can be transferred is limited to Originating Banks that are approved by the Bank at the time of application and has been paid for at least 24 months with a “clean” status.
- The offered limit starts from Rp500 million to Rp5 billion
