Premier Banking One Tier Up benefits include Transaction Benefit and Beyond Banking Benefit.
Details of the One Tier Up benefits effective 3 June 2025 are as follows:

Terms of use of Benefit Beyond Banking:
- The facility is valid in the name of the account owner. If the account is a Joint account (AND or OR) then the facility applies to the first name.
- Eligibility provisions, specifically for customers with One Tier Up benefits, refer to the average combined monthly balance for the last 3 (three) consecutive months with a minimum of IDR 500 million per month.
- The monthly quota period starts from the 3rd of the current month to the 2nd of the following month (example: the March quota is March 3 – April 2)
- The monthly quota is updated on the 3rd (three) of each month.
- The selected package period is valid throughout the year (January – December).
- Reservations must be made at least 2 (two) working days before the use of the facility.
- The facility may change at any time with notice through the media that the Bank considers good by taking into account the provisions and applicable laws and regulations.
- Once registered, One Tier Up benefits of Secured Loan customers, Emerging Business customers, and Work Place Banking customers are valid until December of the following year. Furthermore, the Customer will be registered as a Premier Banking customer with regular benefits and must follow the applicable minimum balance provisions.
Example:
- Customers who join Premier Banking with One Tier Up benefits in April 2022 can enjoy One Tier Up benefits until December 2023. In January 2024, the Customer will be listed as a Premier Banking customer with regular benefits.
- Secured Loan customers and Emerging Business customers with One Tier Up Benefit are subject to a Service Fee of IDR 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) per month as long as the customer has an Outstanding Loan even though they have not met the minimum requirements of the applicable average combined balance.
