Join Nyala, get TOCO e-voucher and cashback for QRIS transaction

1. Program period 1 October – 31 December 2026
2. This program is only valid for new OCBC customers or customers who do not yet have a savings product on OCBC mobile.
3. Account opening is done independently and is not applicable if the customer opens an account at an OCBC branch and/or is guided by a sales representative at the branch.

5. Opening an account using the promo code TOCO or another unique promo code specified at the time of account opening via onboarding.ocbc.id or OCBC mobile app.
6. The customer must have successfully registered for Nyala and passed KYC verification.
7. Fund placement and product opening must be with fresh funds (from another bank); transfers from other OCBC accounts are not permitted.
   For example, if a customer participates in a combined total fund placement of IDR 2 million and places IDR 1 million from another bank and IDR 1 million through transfer, the customer is not eligible because the funds are not fresh funds.
8. Fulfilment of the combined balance requirements and Program provisions is determined by the end of the second month after account opening (for New Customers), based on the highest combined balance at the end of each month.
   Example: If the combined balance requirement is met in the first month, the combined balance reward will be paid immediately without waiting for the end of the second month.
9. New product placements can be made up to the end of the third month after account opening (for New Customers).
10. The combined balance reward does not apply to multiples.
    Example: If a customer places a combined balance of IDR 100 million, the reward will be IDR 250,000, corresponding to the combined balance tier of IDR 50 million.
11. The reward scheme for first-time payments (first transactions) includes e-money/e-wallet/mobile top-up transactions, bill payments via OCBC Mobile with a minimum combined balance of IDR 25 million.
12. TOCO vouchers can be used for payments using
    1. OCBC Debit Mastercard BIN 537940 and 531928, including: OCBC Nyala Global Debit, OCBC Premier Global Debit
    2. Voyage Visa, 90°N Visa, Platinum VISA, Pet Platinum Visa, Star Wars Platinum Visa, Platinum Nyala, and Titanium Mastercard credit cards (applicable to non-installment transactions only)
13. Rewards are in the form of e-vouchers that will be sent to the customer's registered email address with the Bank no later than the end of the following month after the program terms and conditions are met.
14. This program cannot be combined with other New Customer programs.
15. The E-Voucher is valid for one (1) use only.
16. The E-Voucher is valid for the purchase of all products at TOCO.
17. The E-Voucher can only be used with a minimum purchase amount equal to the E-Voucher received by the customer.
18. The E-Voucher must be redeemed within a maximum of 3 months from the date the customer receives the E-Voucher.
19. E-vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and/or non-refundable.
20. The customer is fully responsible for any risks associated with using the e-Voucher sent.
21. PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk ("OCBC"), at its discretion and discretion, reserves the right to suspend or cancel the award of rewards if there are indications of fraud, irregularities, or violations of these terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions :

1. The program period is 1 October - 31 December 2026
2. The program is valid for all OCBC customers (new and existing customers)
3. The program is valid for direct transactions using the QRIS Pay OCBC Mobile feature.
4. Minimum transaction starting from IDR 100,000
5. Maximum cashback/transaction is 10% up to IDR 40,000
6. Maximum cashback/customer/month is up to IDR 40,000
7. The program is valid every day (including national public holidays)
8. The program is valid for the first 100 transactions per month
9. Cashback will be credited to customer’s OCBC account which successfully used as source of fund for QRIS transaction at the latest by the last week of next month.
10. Especially for customers who hold Tanda Junior for Young Nyala account, parents and children accounts are identified as 1 (one) customer. Therefore, if the parent has made successful transactions according to the terms and conditions and received maximum monthly cashback, the cashback will not be credited to the child's account (even if the child has made a successful transaction according to the program’s terms & conditions). 14. Should these program’s Terms and Conditions be translated into another language, then a discrepancy or conflict occurred between the Indonesian and the foreign language, then the Indonesian language will be applied.
