Practicing social distancing, President Director of Bank OCBC NISP Parwati Surjaudaja, accompanied by President Commissioner of Bank OCBC NISP Pramukti Surjauduaja and Independent Commissioner of Bank OCBC NISP Rama P. Kusumaputra presents the agenda of Bank OCBC NISP 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in Jakarta, Thursday (2/4). Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) approved the entire meeting agendas, including the Company’s Annual Report for fiscal year 2019 and the stipulation on the 2019 net profit to strengthen Company’s capital is to ensure the Bank’s healthy and sustainable growth.

During AGMS on April 2nd, 2020, Bank OCBC NISP also addressed its commitment to support SMEs toward the impact of COVID-19 by strengthening its #BankingFromHome solution, so they can conduct banking transactions any time anywhere with Velocity (for corporates) and Velocity Mobile (for SMEs – starting April 2020) thus their business operations will continue to run smoothly.

Bank OCBC NISP utilized technology in the execution of this AGMS where most of Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors virtually attended the AGMS through video conference. For today’s AGMS, Bank OCBC NISP implemented preventive protocols of COVID-19, including social distancing policy, no-handshakes policy, conduct body temperature measurement, provide health masks and hand sanitizer.
