  1. OCBC never asks for PIN, OTP, user ID, Password and CVV of Customer Credit/ATM Cards for any reason. Please be careful when making transaction and protect your personal data information and the Company. If you receive a message on behalf of OCBC, please make sure that the telephone number/email address/WhatsApp, and so on are indeed from the bank's official number.   4. Activate Two Factor Authentication (2FA), install antivirus, and use email filter services.
  5. Educate your employees regarding transaction security, including information about cybercrime, fraud tactics, and safe transaction tips. Always read carefully every message/link that you receive and be aware of Business Email Compromise (BEC).

  6. Be careful when receiving unknown calls. Do not be easily tempted by the gifts offered or panic when you get bad news. Double check and validate the information and phone number.
