Terms and Conditions

1. Program only applies to new CIF (OCBC new Customer).
2. Customer must use promo code Tokocrypto for account opening.
3. Reward will be credited in the form of cashback to your Tanda 360 Plus IDR Savings Account.
4. Customer must join Nyala OCBC or Nyala Payroll (not apply for Nyala Bisnis)
5. Funds must be fresh funds (must come from accounts outside OCBC).
   Ex./ If the customer places a total combined balance of IDR 2 million and deposits IDR 1 million from another bank and IDR 1 million by transfer, the customer is not eligible because the funds are not fresh funds.
6. Fulfillment of funding requirements is waited until the of 2^nd month from the onboarding month by monitoring Customer highest Total Combined Balance in every end of month.
   Ex./ If the first month has fulfilled the Total Combined Balance requirements, the Total Combined Balance reward will be paid immediately without waiting for the end of the 2nd month.
7. Reward does not apply to multiplies.
8. Fulfillment of new product placement can be done up to a maximum of the end of the 3rd month since opening the account.
9. Reward will be credited monthly no later than the fourth week of the following month during the Program Period.
   Ex./ If a customer open an account in October 2026, the total combined balance will be credited until the end of November 2026, and new product placements will be credited until the end of December 2026. Cashback will be credited in the fourth week of January 2027.
10. Reward will be credited to customer according to the promo code: Customer with promo code Tokocrypto, reward will be credited to Tanda 360 plus IDR Savings Account.
11. The account must be active and not blocked for any reason when OCBC credits the reward. If the account is inactive or blocked at the time of reward payment, payment will be made in the fourth week of the following month.
12. Each customer is only entitled to participate in one (1) acquisition program scheme.
13. PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (“OCBC”), at its discretion and consideration, has the right to suspend or cancel the provision of rewards if there are indications of fraud, unfairness or violations of these terms and conditions.

15. These terms and conditions have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

2. Cashback up to IDR125,000. From top-up wallet Tokocrypto via OCBC mobile

Terms and conditions:

• Top-up wallet Tokocrypto through Virtual Account at Tokocrypto platform via OCBC mobile.
• 5% cashback with a maximum cashback up to IDR25,000 per month will be adjusted to Customer’s Nyala Level each month as follows:

  Average balance	Cashback 5% per month
  < IDR1.000.000	IDR5.000
  IDR1.000.000 ≤ IDR25.000.000	IDR15.000
  > IDR25.000.000	IDR25.000

• Customer must transact top up wallet Tokocrypto by minimum of IDR100,000.
• Customer will get cashback up to IDR125,000 for 5 months (month -1 to month- 5).
• Nyala level refers to the tiering that applies to one month after (M+1) transactions.
• Program period until December 31, 2026
• Reward cashback will be credited to OCBC account in the following month (M+1) after transactions are made.
