Program Mechanism:

1. Program period: 1 Sep 2025 - 31 Jan 2026
2. The extra reload voucher program is valid for all OCBC customers, both new and existing customers.
3. The extra reload voucher program is valid for purchase of Indosat’s Freedom Internet 50GB data package through OCBC mobile channel with guidance as follows:
   • On main dashboard, select the "All Menu" button.
   • Click "Top Up & Pay" menu, then select "Data Package" option.
   • Choose "Indosat Ooredoo Data Package" category and enter your Indosat number.
   • Choose “Freedom Internet 50GB - IDR 138,000” data package.
   • Follow the next transaction steps & enter your OCBC mobile transaction PIN.
   • Transaction complete.
4. Extra reload voucher will be credited to customer once the data package purchase transaction has been declared successful from Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison’s system.
5. Customers are only entitled to receive extra reload voucher once (1) per day for each transacted Indosat number during the program period.
6. Extra reload voucher will be credited at max D+1 to customer's Indosat number after transaction has been completed.
7. The extra reload voucher will automatically be added to customer's main credit balance, allowing it to be used for calls, SMS to all operators, and to purchase credit-based products/services (e.g., iTunes, Ratakan, ClickBank, AppStore, PlayStore, Viu, Strava, Vidio, games, etc.).
8. The extra reload voucher program is only valid for OCBC customers who are registered as Indosat Hutchison Ooredoo prepaid customers and have previously registered as telecommunications service customers in accordance with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
