How to Activate Nyala on ONe Mobile for OCBC NISP New Customers

Download ONe Mobile app first

1. Open ONe Mobile, Click ‘Register ONe Mobile’ and choose ‘I haven’t had account’.
2. Choose Nyala services that suits you.
3. Add ‘Name, email address & phone number’.
4. Check & confirm your NYALA service.
5. Create ‘User ID & PIN Transaction ’ and account verification as final step.
6. Fund your account with initial deposit and your bank account is ready to use.

How to Activate Nyala on ONe Mobile for OCBC NISP Customers

1. Login to ONe Mobile app, choose "Apply” at the bottom of the dashboard
2. Click “Services”
3. Choose Nyala Individu or Nyala Bisnis services according to your needs
4. Following the steps to activate your Nyala

How to activate your OCBC NISP Online Debit Card:

• Login ONe Mobile
• Click “Setting” and choose “Card Management”
• Choose “Online Debit Card” tab and click “Create Online Debit Card”
• Enter you “Source of Fund” and “Mobile Number” then click “Continue”
• Confirm your creation of online debit card and following the steps until you reach the screen with your online debit card number

How to register OCBC NISP Online Debit Card on your favourite online streaming platform:

• Access “Account” via internet browser
• Choose “Manage payment info”
• Click “Edit” then enter the card number, expired date, and CVV of your OCBC NISP Online Debit Card to set your new method payment

1. Applicable for all OCBC NISP Customer with active Nyala service
2. Applicable for OCBC NISP staff
3. Customer is eligible to receive the reward in the form of cashback every month as long as fulfil below criterias. Please note that for required balance is based on combined balance from all products during current month (thus, if Customers join program in mid April, then for reward fulfillment April period will be based on average combined balance within April).

6. If total amount of subscription exceeds maximum reward of the program, then the Customer will only receive the rewards at maximum amount as per amount on the table above based on the balance and spending amount
7. Cashback will be credited to your account on 30/31 of the following month
8. OCBC NISP Bank reserves the right to change/ add/ subtract/ stop the program at any time without prior notice for one reason or another.
