- Rewards will be given if the referral that has been given makes a KTA Cashloan application and the application has been disbursed

- Rewards will be given after being deducted by tax to the referral customer and given maximum 14 working days from the fulfillment of the program scheme.
- Referral claims can be made via the sales team who contacted the referral customer and the Bank's decision cannot be contested
- Program terms and conditions may change at any time and the changes will be informed by Bank OCBC NISP to the Customer
