Terms and Conditions for submitting a loan limit for the first time
- Valid for individual customers aged 21-65 years and have made purchases at Delisari for at least 1 year.
- Valid for Delisari Partners located in Jabodetabek, Bandung, Semarang, Solo and Medan.
- The customer must apply for a KTA loan through the KTA web onboarding.
*Loan limit is valid for 12 months from approval.
Terms and conditions for the next loan withdrawal:
Individual Customers
- Applicable if the loan limit is still available, the tenor / term of the loan has a maturity date before or equal to the expiration date of the loan limit, there are no arrears for previous loans and in accordance with other internal OCBC provisions.
- Customers must send an email to oncashbiz@ocbc.id using the template provided and attach the invoice.
Business Entity Customers
- Applicable if the loan limit is still available, the tenor / term of the loan has a maturity date before or equal to the expiration date of the loan limit, there are no arrears for previous loans and in accordance with other OCBC internal provisions.
- Customers must fill in and print the loan withdrawal form. The signed document is scanned and sent by attaching the invoice to email oncashbiz@ocbc.id.
